Classic Pizza — Restaurant in Abbotsford

We had the pleasure of placing some large orders to satisfy a lot of volunteers and employees from the township of Langley who were setting up Williams park for our annual Christmas event. Everyone absolutely loved the variety of pizzas and they were delivered to us mid day as we requested. We have used them a couple of times now and we had volunteers from elks club and lions club there who loved it too. Not only do they have super tasty pizza they are strong community supporters as well for the Xmas community event by sponsoring with donation to the event so it is a win win for everyone. The owners are very special kind people who want to mak sure you have the best product and service as well. They have a great sense of humour as well and I often drop in for some pizza when getting gas at shell next door to them. The food was decent, but I was disappointed with an unexpected charge. I ordered a few pizzas today, and after paying, I asked for the bill. Once I got home, I noticed they had charged me $2 for ranch dressing that I never requested. They handed it over without mentioning there was a charge, which felt a bit sneaky. While $2 isn’t a big deal, it’s the principle that matters. It came across as an attempt to make a little extra without being upfront.

There are already many negative reviews about this place, so I decided to focus on constructive feedback instead. Transparency is key to building trust, and I hope they can address this issue...

Very bad experience. They made us wait 50 minutes for one pizza and kept telling us it will be ready in 5 minutes. We placed the order 30 minutes before reaching there and still waited 50 minutes.They misplaced our order. We didn't liked the taste of pizza, there was no pizza sauce in pizza. On top of all that they were not receptive to feedback and told us that we don't have patience.
