I went to this location on 3 of February, 2022 on 8:35 am around. There was no car in drive through and I still waited for like 2 3 minutes at the speaker and then they took my order and repeated it like three times. Fine, I can tolerate all this after a long night at work. When I went to window to pay for no one told me what my total was and three girls were starting at me while doing gossiping at window. That’s also fine for me as it was tolerable behavior as being cashier as window that they might not be taught to greet customer moreover I guess they even not teach their staff how to present your body language not even to apologize for anyhting. Ok here you go, when she handed me three drinks and I said sorry I ordered only one she said no you ordered three and now don’t want them and you want refund. I was like mam for sure I am only one person what would I do with three drinks. She reacted hilariously with her cheap body language throwing her hands away like ok ok Anyway your payment declined. I was checking my phone amd then they started saying everything in punjabi which meant she’s so dumb that she confirmed three drinks and now she wants one. They were acting like omg what kind of face do we see in the morning. It was so humiliating. As a front line worker if we people would start to act like that things in hospital will be different. We love our patients we care about them. So what we want to be at least served nicely not with arrogance. Thank you a lot and I might not prefer to go to this location any more. Read moreI went for a drive through order today morning. The person both taking my order and giving me at the window was either out of their mind or a complete idiot.
I pulled up to get my order which was a Sausage and egg on an English muffin, which is a regular morning order.
I paid and I am told to move my car a bit ahead.
I am like why?
The person at the drive through window insists me to move the car ahead again.
I moved my car ahead, now waiting for my order.
Then the person comes through the same drive through window and is asking me to take my order while I am parked much ahead from the drive through window.
I have worked myself in the fast food industry and asking a customer to park ahead of the drive through window, only to get better service times on your systems( while the customer is actually waiting to get their food) is not a good practice.
Also to be noted the person was also stopping the car behind me to pull up to the window as well.
I had to get my food by completely turning myself in my car seat while wearing my belt, while my car is on to get my food.
In what world does that make sense?
I am not asking for charity here. I am paying for my food, full exact price as it's supposed to be.

Now my question is:WHY ARE EMPLOYEES STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS ? My receipt says CHANGE DUE: 5 cents. So when employees are stealing that change from customers, why are the employees looking the customers right in the eye lieing to them? Where is all the customers change going the employees from this location are stealing? Example: 100 coffees ×5 cents(stolen) thats 50 cents the employees are stealing from customers. Now lets be real each lecture sells thousands off coffees a day , so how much are the employees actually stealing from customers??? THIS CUSTOMER IS NOT IMPRESSED. OH AND ITS WELCOME TO TIM HORTONS CAN I TAKE YOUR ORDER PLEASE. NOT WHAT CAN I GET YOU!??? WHAT IS GOING ON TIM HORTONS?
