I placed an order online early in the day, to be picked up on my way home from work. I set the pick up time for 4:15. I arrived at about 4:10, and checked the "track your order" button just in case it was done early. Right at 4:15 it changed from "being prepared" to "ready for pickup" so I went in to get my food. Not only did it take forever for someone to come out and help me (even though I rang the bell they have on the counter), but I was told it would be another 4 minutes. At this point it was already 4:18. I waited while people who arrived after me got their food first, which was frustrating since I placed my order so early with the thought that it would be actually done by 4:15. I didn't get my food until 4:25, a full 10 minutes after it was supposed to be done. As if that wasnt bad enough, when I got home I realized my boneless bites had the complete wrong sauce on them (I ordered honey garlic, and got what was at least a medium buffalo, definitely the opposite of what I wanted). When I called, it took forever for someone to answer. Then I was told that its probably the honey barbeque sauce that got put on. First of all, it doesn't matter what kind of sauce got put on, it wasnt the one I ordered. Second of all, I'm the one actually tasting and looking at this bright red spicy sauce. There was no honey anywhere in that sauce. So they offered me a credit for them, but I had to explain the situation like 3 times and give him my phone number 4 times before he could actually find my order and verify that I had just been in to get what I said I did. Sadly, I never wanted to order from this store again and my wife placed our order tinight., And she ordered from here. They constantly get the order wrong, forgetting items and /or completely sending us the wrong items.
This time they forgot the chicken bites we ordered
Last time they forgot the chicken and one of the pizzas was wrong
Time before the drink was wrong, and they forgot the dips and the chicken.
Before this their track record wasn't much better. I am a patient person and enjoy pizza hut pizza but this will be the last time.
When the store was called they said they would deliver what was missed but barely apologized, and didn't care to listen when I calmly (at first, I got a little angry by the end) informed them of the mistake and that it was the third time in a row. . If this is how many times they have got just our orders wrong I would hate to think about the other complaints you would get, and I would take a hard look at that store, as I personally feel it is leaving a scar on...

Waited and waited and finally somebody comes on and a girl asked can I take your order. We explained that the order was already taken and why am I being transferred it to you after I’ve been waiting all this time so I asked to please speak to a manager. Was transferred to just another person in the call center. This person you could tell also did not want to be there. When i tried to explain we just want to speak to a manager she went on some verbal rant that made no sense so we decided its best to go down to the store. We finally get down there to put our order in and all of a sudden they said they were out of regular pan pizzas and we would have to pay almost double our order...At that point we were tired and just paid whatever he wanted.
