We come to this location with my dad often since it's most convenient for both of us to meet up for Saturday breakfast. It's hit or miss on the service, but today's experience led me to write a review.
The young man at the cashier today I've never seen before, and he was working alone. The lineup was (as usual on Saturday morning) out the door. Not only was he slow, which is to be expected from a newbie, but when I tried to order a simple "Sausage Homestyle Biscuit", he got it wrong on the computer 4 separate times. I pointed out to the screen and said it's wrong. That's when he said "it's what I ordered". I have him the benefit of a doubt.
The food came surprisingly fast, despite the long lineups, and in the end my sandwich was not what I ordered. I'm not the kind of person to complain too much, so I just went with it and tried something new, which turned out to be good food. But the point is that the worker got my order wrong multiple times, and didn't seem to care when I made a complaint about it while ordering.
I ordered a coffee with my food, which usually comes out before the food, but I ended up waiting more than 10 minutes just for that one coffee. This is this location's other bad side. They are incredibly understaffed for the amount of customers that show, particularly on Saturday mornings.
I have yet to see any form of a manager that is out there controlling and cracking the whip to all the new employees, which seemed to rotate very frequently at this location. So many of these workers seem fresh off the training, and definitely shouldn't be allowed to be running a place by themselves.
There's only one cleaning person that I have ever really noticed at this location and she simply cannot keep up with the demand. The floors are very filthy all the time, and I often see that there are many dirty tables. The woman who does a janitorial work does a decent job, but she needs more...
Read moreNot good! Day one of three with this Tim Hortons. Day one: i go to drive thru and order a bagel, 1 old fashioned plain timbit (for my daughter), an apple juice and a coffee. Bagel was good, coffee was good, but after asking if they had the timbit (and they did at the speaker box...) they tell me they don't have any...okay...I get a different one and I'm waiting for my apple juice...well apparently they didn't charge me for it...day 2: I order sausage belt on a plain bagel meal with apple juice and steak breakfast sandwich on a cheese bagel meal with large DD. I drive all the way home to find out they gave me a bacon breakfast sandwich meal...I called the store and spoke to the manager who was awesome at the time... I explained to her i was pregnant and not eating alot due to the morning sickness so when i get an appetite for something i want it made right. She gave Me a $5 gift card for Tims and would replace my meal. I said great thank you that would make me happy for compensation in gas and time. Day 3! I go inside and speak with the manager I spoke with and I receive my GC...order my husband a meal and wait as the manager made my replacement breakfast meal. I received my breakfast sandwich and hash brown... My husbands order gets called up, "back bacon breakfast sandwich on a plain bagel with a hash brown"... I repeated it back to her to make sure it was my husbands (and at that time I was the only one waiting for food) and she said " yes, Canadian back bacon on a plain bagel"...well I should learn to check my orders from there because I got home and it was bacon...not back bacon...not worth my time to call or go there anymore unless I want another wrong order...
Read moreI have never written a review but this was literally ridiculous. Around 11am, I went into drive through to order some food, I ordered 2 chocolate croissants, one chocolate muffin, a small caramilk, and 2 sausage english muffins. I was in a rush so I didnt bother checking the bag since I atleast expected for all my orders to be there. I was stopped by the lady working during that time at the window saying âwait you forgot your ice capâ (atleast was what I heard) but I told her I already got it.
I got home an hour and a half later excited to share the chocolate croissants with my mother since she was eager to give them a try for me to see that I DID NOT get any chocolate croissants but received TWO chocolate muffins when I only ordered one. I told my mom that itâs okay and that it was my fault for not checking the bag before leaving. While coming home, I ate one of the sausage english muffin and it was good, nothing wrong with it, I saved the other one for me to eat right aftet work.
I just got back from work and have been snacking on the other muffin when I noticed a crunch. This is where I lost it, since the ENTIRE yolk was covered with EGG SHELLS. I do understand that its an eggshell and its not harmful but please the lack of professionalism and skills that I witnessed today has me wanting to refrain myself from ordering more from Timmies. I order food specifically from this location almost everyday, and I have NEVER needed to write a review or one about any franchise in general, or be annoyed. This...
