The TLDR is that they put regular milk in when you ask for almond TWICE , and they donât check what they have in stock before you PAY for it!!
This is the third time in a row this particular location has screwed up my order. To put it bluntly Iâm lactose intolerant, and the previous two times Iâve gone they put regular milk in the drink. Not cool. This third time however I asked for a decaf London fog with almond milk. I wait at while to reach the window in the drive through only to be told they have no decaf London fog⊠After I pay⊠They ask if caffeinated is ok, which it was not. So now they give me some alternative drink options and I choose another drink. I am then asked to park ahead and theyâll run out a drink to me. At that point I had waited probably 15 minutes for my drink, and after being parked for an additional 10 minutes I left because I had to return to work which I was late for due to them not simply saying from the beginning they didnât have decaf London fog. I work in customer service and I know how hard people in this industry work, but 3 screw ups in a row is too much. I wonât be coming back to that particular location any time soon, if ever. They simply do NOT care about your allergies,...
Read moreI wasn't very happy with the service I received today. I normally use my mobile app to order ahead of time. I very rarely have an issue; however, today I went to pick up my order and it wasn't ready yet. No big deal, until the time started ticking and so I asked if someone could check the status of my order. They hadn't even started to make it until I said something. I expressed my dissatisfaction and their excuse was 'We have no control with how busy it gets.' It didn't look that busy to me, and is there not some kind of priority sequence regardless of how you order?! I didn't appreciate the response and there was no apology for their lack of action. Not the customer service experience I'm used too. I live in the neighbourhood too but unfortunately, I'll be frequenting a different Starbucks...
Read moreWe drive thru and grab to go at least 3 times a week and usually more at this location. Today at 4:55pm we dropped my 12 year old daughter off for 15 minutes while we ran a quick errand. She was excited to order a drink with her own money and read a book on her own (sheâs never done this before, big deal!). Google said they close at 9:30pm today. When we came back to get her, she was standing alone outside. Apparently they kicked her out bc they âclose at 5:00â. She said they also wouldnât let her order a drink and told her the machines are down. I wish she had been asked when her parents would be back (at this point, it wouldnât been 10 more minutes and she couldâve waited inside while they cleaned or whatever). I just donât think this was...
