Today, I ordered 2 turkey bacon guacamole (1 reg, 1 large) with some modification. This girl who was helping me didn't even write down the instructions. After I brought them back to work and ate half way through, I realized that she didn't put guacamole. I phoned the store about missing the guacamole. The girl who made my order argued back saying that I wanted honey bacon clubs and that I was charged for them as honey bacon clubs. Fair enough, so I asked her what the difference is between Turkey Bacon Guacamole and Honey Bacon Club. She said that they are pretty much the same, just the cheese and sauce, so I reminded her that I wanted "NO MAYO" on my subs...and what sub comes with mayo? TURKEY BACON CLUB! She then said "There must been a misunderstanding, so what do you want me to do??" I'm very disappointed at the fact that this is the service I get especially when she screwed up my order. I asked her on what the store protocol for this situation and she told me that she cannot make the subs again but she can give us sides of guacamole... How is that supposed to help me in this situation? Was she expecting me to drive out to the store again just to pick up sides of guacamole that she missed? I asked if she was the manager that I'm speaking with and she said the manager is not here and won't be in till tomorrow. I asked her to pass this to her manager and let her know that I will be phoning back regarding this matter. I'm very, very disappointed. Quiznos do have better subs than Subway but I will not visit this place again, and go back to "Good ol' Subway" :) Thanks for the GREAT experience and allowed me to "stay away" from such place.
Please tell me if you people see HONEY BACON CLUB somewhere on this sticky note that I took today to...
Read moreI visited your restaurant today during lunchtime and ordered a veggie guacamole sandwich and a soup. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing.
The sandwich itself was mediocre, with the avocado tasting bitter, but I didn’t raise any concerns at the time since that wasn’t my main issue. The real problem was the soup. When it was served to me, I realized it had been microwaved, which was already frustrating given that I was paying around $14 for my meal. Even worse, despite being microwaved, the soup was still not hot.
Before even finishing my meal, I went back to the counter and politely asked if I could get a refund for the soup since it wasn’t properly heated. However, the supervisor on duty refused, stating that in her three years of working there, they had never issued a refund for any mistakes. This was extremely surprising, especially given that there were no other customers in the store, which in itself was quite telling.
I then asked if I could at least get a bag of chips instead, but she refused that as well. As a result, I essentially paid an extra $5 for something I couldn’t even eat and was left feeling both disappointed and disrespected.
The staff also mentioned that you, the owner/manager, are currently out of town, but I wanted to bring this to your attention. While I will not be returning to this restaurant, I do expect my $5 refund. If this matter is not resolved, I will escalate it further because this level of service is completely unacceptable.
Please let me know how this can...
Read moreThis is a question for management. I have been coming to this Quiznos for a long time and never had an issue before thus found this experience odd. Are you not allowed to eat inside the restaurant from 8:30-8:45pm due to closing? Both staff told me so yesterday (Thursday) evening and I intended to eat their or I would have went somewhere else without ordering.
I ordered a sub at 8:20ish. It was done by 8:25ish. Staff refused to let me eat inside stating it is "closing" and they do not allow customers to sit down at this time. If this has been a rule and I have got lucky before or if this is a new rule I apologize in advance but this is my first time...
