Disappointing, sorry to say. Fast friendly service. And the menu sounds tempting, but my buds and I were let down. A large wrap, but simple ingredients and overpriced for what we got. Thot it would be bursting with flavour but just ok(Nearly $12 for the Indonesian shrimp. I’d’ve paid $8-9). I appreciate that they make it fresh tho with fresh ingredients right there (like Subway). The atmosphere is fun; retro movie theme and posters (they should name their menu items more thematically) but the lamp shades could use a clean ;) The tennis balls on every chair leg (to reduce scratching and noise?) is a quirky element. Quality has gone done so much here, over the years it went from being great to poor, they forgot part of my order and I called and the staff was so rude and told me I can come pick up my free item (not free I already paid for it). Told them they were about to close so I can’t come pick it up and she’s bluntly says “so what you want then?” “What are we suppose to do about it?” How about apologizing and letting me know I can come back another time. She then proceeded to tell me they forget to print off the rest of my order hence it not being there. Okay honest mistake it happens but please treat your customers nicely about it. I've been ordering the Greek Mediterranean wrap for years Today I went and noticed that the price went up ( which I understand with price of living blah, blah)and they were so disorganized.
