Haven't had Triple O's in YEARS and now I may remember why. Took the plunge and decided to give them a try again. Spent over 20$ on a burger and fries and at this price I would expect at the very least something hot and fresh. I ordered the buttermilk chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries as these both came recommended by others. To my dissapointment, my sweet potato fires were burnt and also luke warm which was really appalling. If cold/burnt sweet potato fries wasn't bad enough the 13$ burger I had ordered was also luke warm (cheese I paid to add wasn't even melted on it) and to make things even worse they put so much sauce on the burger it basically was just a warm soggy dripping slop of a mess bacon also burnt. I couldn't even get through half the burger before just tossing it. It was that disgusting. Even my passanger made a comment with how bad it just looked. Thank god i didnt encourage her to order anything. Extremely dissapointing.. did I call or go in to complain? Nah. If you cant do it right the first time you dont deserve a chance to do it right a second time. That first time is everyone's experience. If your in the food service industry your focus should be on the food..... and the service... not just one. 🤢🤮 do better triple O's. ( been told the 200th location in langley is the best....may consider giving them a try to renounce my dissapointment in triples O's) should of payed attention to the reviews this place doesn't have the...
Read moreWe ordered two milkshakes as a treat. We waited 20 minutes with only two cars ahead of us. Got to the window and watched the guy making the milkshakes moving slow as molasses. He handed them to me with no whipped cream on top so I asked if we could please have the whipped cream. He replied saying they were out of whipped cream, so I said that we would rather not have the milkshakes then without it. Then he said actually they do have whipped cream but I would have to wait ten minutes for him to make it and proceeded to tell me how complicated it is to make the whipping cream in the container. I finally got frustrated and decided to take our 15 dollar milkshakes with no whipped cream on top. Then took a sip and it was like drinking chocolate syrup, runny and SO sweet. So I parked and took mine in and asked for a refund and the girl I spoke to argued continually with me that the whipping cream doesn’t cost any extra so I couldn’t be upset about that and that they had served a lot of milkshakes today and they use a recipe. I just wanted my money back but she refused because I ordered the milkshakes. Yes, I ordered the two milkshakes, but if you don’t have the ingredients (or are too lazy to make them), then please don’t charge me 15 dollars for them. The arguing was just...
Read moreTriple O's is kind of a middle ground between fast food and restaurant food, so no matter where you go you'll always have to wait a little longer for the food that usually ends up tasting better than your average fast food burger. The workers at this location will probably get about half of your order correct, and the most impressive part about that is they do it EVERY time. They never listen to what you're saying at the drive in speaker. They'll get mobile delivery orders wrong. Even when you order in store they get it wrong. My girlfriend has on multiple occasion ordered an impossible burger on a gluten free bun, she can't eat red meat or gluten and she specifies it's an allergy every time. Multiple times they've served the burger with a regular bun and when we go in to get it fixed they try to just swap the buns because they're too lazy to remake their burger thats been contaminated with gluten. TWICE in a row they've served a regular beef patty without the bun. To top all of this off you can't eat inside because one or two of the gas station attendants don't know how to properly clean themselves and the inside of the building REEKS...
