I had gone through the drive-thru and ordered 1 single cheese burger combo, with mayonnaise only on the burger. I also repeated the mayonnaise only part, as this has been ignored previously.
I had moved to a parking stall across the lot to eat and the burger contained every topping except mayo... I thought ''oh well, simple mistake.'' and walked back over and inside to request a replacement correct burger.
I entered and as no one was in the queue, walked up to the counter. After waiting for the frontline worker to conclude the conversation she was having with someone, I explained what had occurred and if I could please get a new one made. Visibly annoyed with this, she grabbed the bag and threw it into the garbage and told the cook to make the burger...
Also, seeing as the fries were also in the bag she had discarded so flawlessly. I felt it prudent to inform her of this.
About 15 (suspiciously quick) seconds later, I was rudely hand a bag with here only saying a very abrupt ''here!''. I said thank you, and not only recieved no reply but no acknowledgement whatsoever.... As she had ceased to even feign looking in my direction.
Walking back to my car, i was thinking that was far too quick to have made a new burger, or explained the complexities between making something "As Per The Customer" & "As Per Whatever is in reach", So, you can imagine my complete lack of surprise when.... indeed 15 seconds didn't result in some diligent recompense (I mean, why stand on convention).
Though, it was a surprise (even a bit, impressive), how it was even conceivably possible to provide put together an even worse, melange of "food" than their previous attempt: This "new" burger was room (inside my car) temperature, cheese was... Indeterminately old, and the burger patty had clearly been sitting there for some time (Seemingly in a dead heat with that cheese for longest time [not] served...
And as if it's even worth the space in the text box here, but... The fries as well were under cooked... I don't even know if you can manage to undercook "fry" french fries even if intending to....
Though on the bright side, it looked as though they were at least self-aware enough to leave them directly under the heat-lamps ''a while'' to try and prove that cliche wrong by producing "one right", out of "two wrongs"...
I didn't even care at this point. I certainly did not feel there wad anything positive (or even neutral) regarding this wendys location. I will not be returning, and will happily be vocal about the status of this Wendys to others in...

The customer had ordered an apple pecan salad and didn’t realize it came with blue cheese, when the customer went back to get the salad changed the manager was very very rude to her. She was yelling at the customer and the poor customer was literally shaking. After, the customer said she wants to get chicken strips instead, the manager made her pay for the chicken strips on top of what she paid for the salad. Another customer stepped in to say that’s not fair and the manager started arguing with her too. I did not step in to say anything as I saw Lovepreet was not going to listen anyways. But this was so so so rude. I have never seen such terrible customer service. I will never ever be back to this restaurant and that manager really needs to be taught better customer service skills cause this is disgusting and absolutely...
