Chopped Leaf — Restaurant in Airdrie

I used to love Chopped Leaf and this location but today I was not impressed because first the location has the brochure about earning point and reward but the people at this location have told me that they are new and they don’t know how the program works 🤔🥹👎 I ordered my daughter & I favourite Cranberry sandwich and quesadillas but I came home and my quesadillas were burnt and my daughter’s cranberry sandwich was saggy . Sadly it was never like that. I called the location and said that no manager on duty so the person who took my call said, it can be reimbursed or put on my profile I can get a free same food I ordered and apologized due to she said they were in training 🤔 But hopefully this will come to the attention of...

Used to be well run and a fav place. My friend and I come to town once a month to shop and have lunch and chopped leaf was our go to. It has been in a steady decline and today was the last time we will be going there. Tables needed busing, floors were filthy and dirty dishes were stacked up by the garbage. We were there for at least 30 - 40 minutes and nothing was touched in that time. The food which I used to love held no appeal, and I’m actually worried about food poisoning. I asked that in my salad that the shrimp were actually hot, it wasn’t very good at all. Very disappointed. Downhill...

This location has the absolute worst service. I went in there today I eat here 3+ times a week. I order the same thing every time today. It was a complete disaster today. The staff is completely useless at this location. I wouldn’t recommend anybody going here. It’s no wonder why it’s always dead, I had a soup and sandwich for $25 and it was the worst meal I’ve had in years the bread is dried out like crackers and they wouldn’t even do anything about it.
