This was our first time trying CRUMBL in Airdrie. It being cyber Monday there was an online promo if you placed an order online for pick up you received 6 cookies for the price of 4. Although, it did not work and thus, could not receive the cyber Monday deal. We went in person and of course placed our order for 6. One of the cookies was Reese’s peanut butter and we didn’t end up getting this as it was sold out. (Only told this after ordering and paying) our original selection for 6 cookies included the coconut cake. That wasn’t even in the box when we got home- super disappointing as this is what we wanted to try. The cookies itself were fresh, big, and really tasty. I will try it again and hopefully someone working can actually greet the customers coming in, assist on the process as I noted if you have never tried this establishment you may not be aware you can self order or order at the counter. Sort of confusing if there is a line and where you should stand to order if you are not familiar. Note we went at 6:00 pm on cyber Monday and there was no line up. We waited a bit for the order to be filled (not sure why) the place itself was clean and bright, although staff could use training in etiquette, and order accuracy especially since this is quite an expensive cookie order.

The customer service was excellent, and my friend and I got greeted at the door. She recommended we try her favourites French Silk Pie and Sea Salt Toffee. She was also very friendly and My friend enjoyed the brownie like texture and smooth cream of the French silk pie. The Sea salt toffee dough had a good soft texture. The giant milk chocolate chips were nice, but I had about 4/5 of them total in my giant cookie. The toffee flavour was sort of there, but I would've liked more caramel flavour. Lastly, there was definitely a lot of salt on top. My first bite was rather salty, but as I continued, I found the salt not as overwhelming. It was a good cookie, but I wouldn't go racing back. I'd rather support a local (Canadian) business. The price point was fair for two cookies that are on the larger size. I think Crumbl has a fun concept of weekly flavours, but they taste mass produced. My cookie was good, but it tasted like most chocolate chip cookies.

Not impressed. We stopped at this location for the first time and picked up 2 chocolate toffee and skor cookies. The girl at the till was quite friendly, but then outright asked us if we ‘would like to tip our bakers today’, while waiting for our verbal response. It’s a shameless way of guilting people into tipping in a non-service industry. When our cookies were presented to us the other girl asked if they looked ok. I noticed that they had much less skor topping then the sample by the till, and when I inquired why the girl giggled and said they must have run out of topping, and then thanked me for coming. Why ask the question if you don’t care about the response? My daughter who is an Edmonton crumbl location fanatic was particularly annoyed. We don’t mind spending $6 on a cookie when the quality reflects the price, but in this case it definitely did not. There are plenty of good desert options now, I’d recommend going elsewhere.

Definitely racist. Today, I went here to grab some some cookies for my wife who's been wanting to try them. I walked in and I wasn't greeted. I walked up the counter/register and stood there expecting that someone would assist me. There were two heavy set Caucasian women (one with glasses) standing by the front, conversing with each other, as I stood there patiently waiting for someone to help, they both stopped and looked at me and went back to their conversation. Then they said something amongst themselves and looked at me and rolled their eyes. Thinking I was doing something wrong, I looked around and saw some tablets by the wall. I thought to myself oh maybe this is the way you're supposed to order. So, I walked over and ordered some cookies through the tablet. Whilst I was ordering, a Caucasian lady and her daughter walked in. They were greeted by the aforementioned woman with glasses right away and she took their order. She was extremely friendly, polite and helpful. I finished up my order and I noticed this same woman shoot me a disgusted look, as is she was disappointed I was sharing the air in the store with her. Another younger girl worker collected my order and showcased them to me and wished me a good day and smiled. I honestly don't know what I did to deserve such poor attitude and service, but I'll never give another dime to this company. Spending almost $30 for 4 cookies is ridiculous. Even the cookies are truly disgusting especially when compared to Cookies by George. They're really nothing special, truly just been overhyped by social media. I don't see this company sticking around for the long run. I'm definitely going to make sure I share my experience with anyone even considering going to this or any other Crumbl...

Mmmmmm, crumbl! Delicious cookies. Overall, a 5-star experience, cookies can't be beat, even the cookies I thought I wouldn't like are amazing... and ended up being the ones I liked the best. 4 stars on the food selection, I feel it's been a bit of a repetitive menu since mid-October, seeing the selection they have at US locations in comparison. 4 stars for service: on more than one occasion I placed an order on the app, all options were available and when I showed up to collect my order I was told one or more of my selection had just sold out and I could wait 45 minutes to an hour for them to bake. It's a 45-minute drive, and I made sure to order before I left, so that wouldn't happen, but it seems they don't pack your order when it's placed. When they first opened, everyone would all say "welcome to crumbl" on my last 3 or 4 visits they don't, I get that as a staff member saying that on repeat could get super annoying but it was kinda nice. 1 star for the atmosphere: there are no seats or tables, standing room only, and it gets very cramped. It's...
