barBURRITO — Restaurant in Ajax

I have been coming to this Barburrito for about 3 years now. And I have always loved it but recently my love has gone. My experience here used to be lovey being met with a smile and kindness. Now when I go there I often feel like I am bothering the employees as my burrito is always begrudgingly made with attitude and rude looks. Additionally there have been many times I have come and witnessed employees making TikTok's and videos in the back kitchen while one person handles all the orders. This caused me to wait almost 15 minutes in an empty restaurant to get my food when I counted at least 5 people in the back who didn't even bother to help and instead made videos. My main concern however is the fact that on multiple occasions I have eaten from the Barburrito specifically and have gotten extremely sick the next day. This has happened almost every time I have eaten here in the past 3 months and has happened to other people I know who have eaten here. I thought maybe I could never have Barburrito again but I happened to eat at another location. The next morning pain free. I ate at this location, pain. I really wanted to have hope but I have officially crossed off this Barburrito and will NOT be returning. I don't know what has changed in the past three years but if you are looking for a Barburrito to go to I suggest choosing a different location to save a trip to the bathroom. Also portions are just laughable three scoops of beans and one piece of corn....

I have always loved bar burrito and it has been my go to burrito place for a long time. This particular location has just not been able to keep up with standards compared to other locations. Recently I have been getting the worst quality of burritos from them. Compared to Pickering location this Westney heights location just does not want to give you any sauces or veggies in your burrito. I ordered guacamole bean and cheese burrito and requestes for a third sauce but all I have recently been getting is almost no sauce and I hardly see any veggies towards the bottom of the burrito. I understand that they might not be allowed to give more than 2 sauces but atlease the 2 sauces that I do get should be adequate enough so that I can taste it. All I taste is rice and beans wrapped in a tortilla. This is unacceptable. I will always go to Pickering location even if it's 20 minutes further for me. It has happened more then once now that the server has been rude to deny any requests. I understand that you might not be allowed but you can atleast be polite about it. UPDATE

My fiancé and I stumbled across this place a few months ago, our first experience was great....and we kept going back; but to be honest it was a proximity based decision. But, after my last experience with them....I will exclusively be giving them my business moving forward. My partner doesn't eat beef, and one of the staff members was preparing nachos and added beef.....the staff member did not even hesitate to start again. We felt bad because they had to throw away what originally order being prepared, but the store owner and staff member were professional and kind throughout the entire process. You can really get a burrito or Mexican cuisine almost anywhere now.....but this place is unique because they owners and staff care about what they produce. I noticed that! and this inspired me to show some support in letting anyone know.....that barBURRITO is synonymous with high quality and excellent service.....and yummy cuisine!!!!!

Also, and endorsement by me, is essentially a guarantee!!!!!
