I really don't know where to begin...This Starbucks location is a PREMIUM location. Why though? For me, time is everything. I work for Ajax Mazda and naturally I am operating 24/7. I need a location close to work that provides not only the most efficient service but the BEST service. I visit the Drive-Thru daily. The speed in the drive-thru is on par with what you would expect in a rush hour operation yet the CUSTOMER SERVICE is yet to have been jeopardized as a result of the quality service. Long story short: My time is exceptionally valuable to my employment and how I earn a living...this location does not impede on my time. That being said I didn't ever expect a Starbucks to go above and beyond the way this location does. Until I visited this location, I didn't know that such CUSTOMER SERVICE existed in the industry. Every single staff member I have the absolute privilege of speaking with daily as I pull through the drive-thru provides an experience unforgettable. "Great Service" comes up often in these reviews yet I feel this to be an understatement for the business that is being run here. In a world where customer service is expected to be 10 stars out of 5 stars...these wonderful staff members exceed that. I could name off names in this review however it wouldn't be fair to do so in the event that I forget even one member because absolutely every staff member at this location deserves high-praise. From management to all those working hard (I'd say "from management to the front line staff but the management is part of the front line staff) every member is an asset to this location. I really don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing that most know my name here however it makes my day when I'm greeted with such positive attitude and it genuinely makes a positive impact on my day. After my dealings with rush hour traffic to get to Ajax and that short moment in time between that and the start of my work day, this team starts my day with a smile and plays a big role into how my day plays out! Again a HUGE shout out to EVERYONE who works here. Thank you for always providing WORLD-CLASS service. If corporate is to model a business model around one particular location I would say they need to model around you. I know that not much can be done about a GOOGLE Review but if Corporate or ownership needs validation for the best possible customer service I hope they know they have that in your location...oh yeah...the coffee is pretty great too!

I am a regular Starbucks customer every single day I can't go without a cup of coffee from Starbucks and it's the first worst customer service experience I got from Starbucks and I was shocked the way I was treated by Andrea.
Like everyday I ordered my latte from Drive thru and I went stright to work, when I had one sip of it I tested different from my regular latte that I always get and I couldnt drink it, on my lunch time after couple hours I went back to same location to get a croissant and since i had my coffee in my hand I explained it to staff (Andrea) who was at the cash register, she was very rude and asked me to remove the sleeve of the cup and show her if i was lying and she kept asking me whats the test like? How u felt the test? How does feel to drink? How its so difeerent from your regular coffee? She kept asking me million questions and asking me same questions she was investigating like a crime scene I felt embarrassed infront of other customers, she told me she need to ask me all these questions and I told her not to worry I just want my croissant and my lunch time just was wasted over her repeatedly questions, i took back my drink and left ..
if i knew Starbucks has thousands of QUESTIONS and interrogating customers for just a cup of coffee I wouldnt even bother I know mistakes can happen maybe my latte was mixed with something else thats why it tested differently but the way their staff handled it was rude not professional, Not even being sorry or apologizing.

Read moreI’ve been coming to This Starbucks everyday to get the exact same drink which is an iced matcha latte with 6 scoops of matcha shaken no foam. Now every morning they argue with me that they’re required to blend the drink which turns most of the drink into foam. Or they tell me they can scoop the foam out but I’m still left with a cup of foam. This is the only Starbucks that refuses to shake my drink and causes me way too much hassle in the morning before work. I don’t feel like I need to start my morning off arguing over foam on a drink when the original way was always to shake the drink not blend it. I’m paying extra to get the drink how I want and it’s unfair to be forced to drink foam rather than a drink and also to have to put up a fight about the way it’s made everyday just at this location. Every other location will shake the drink without telling me to go talk to head office about it. Some of the staff members have been accommodating in the past but this is an everyday ongoing issue and I don’t appreciated being told to talk to head office about such a simple request that has been changed from their end not the customers end. We’ve been ordering this drink shaken for ever. Just shake it and stop scamming people with cups filled with ice and foam with barely any liquid...
