My family and I ordered online and there were so many mistakes once it was delivered.
The order took literally 55 minutes to arrive.
We asked for contactless delivery and the driver rang our doorbell and stood infront of our door until I greeted him. He then just stood there with our food on the floor infront of him and him pointing for me to pick it up out of the kfc delivery bag. When I asked him why he's still there and that it's contactless, he just had a puzzled look on his face with zero communication skills. That's just the beginning..
I ordered the 4 piece chicken meal and recieved a big crunch sandwich instead.
I ordered 2 pepsis and a 7 up but recieved all Pepsi instead.
Recieved no cutlery.
The food was cold since it took almost an hour to arrive, even thought the store is less than a 10 minute drive away.
We contacted their customer service line and it's the absolute worst! All they do is transfer you to the store which does not answer the phone! We called back and they said the same thing. No apologies, weak communication skills and constant transferring to a store that doesn't even pick up their phones!
This was the worst service we've ever recieved from a fast food chain and considering how times are rough right now, you'd imagine they would be a lot better than this!...
Read moreFeb 2021 - 4 of 5 stars Visited this location few more times since the last review and the staff here is awesome. They're always friendly with one another and seem happy. It's great being a customer as they're usually in a good mood and get to hear some fun banter. Last few times I've been here, food was fresh and great. Additionally, didn't have to wait as long as my last review. When it was busy, they had extra staff at the front and smooth when it was quiet - def improved there. Service makes this a 4 star

However, noticing that this place is not able to manage the service well when it gets busy. Understandably, everyone is trying their best but today when I went inside to pick up my online order (this was placed 15 mins before I arrived) and it took me 20 minutes before I was able to get out the door. There was only 1 person working the cashier even though there was a line up of 4/5 people. It seems that all other employees were focusing at the drive thru. I would suggest having at least 1 more person at another cashier when you see people waiting.
