Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Ajax

I went in this evening looking a couple of pizzas . Wanted to take my wife dinner while she was on break at work. I order two deep dished pepperoni pizzas as I didn’t want to wait ten minutes for meat treat pizzas. The girl at the counter was polite rang me out and took my name for my order. Told me it would be a minute. The next customer order the same deep dished pepperoni pizza. The cashier cashed him out and gave him a pizza , away he went. Next lady starts ordering. I politely interrupted and asked how long on the pizzas. The cashier goes to the back and comes back tells me 6 mins. Finishes up with the lady she was serving. So I asked if I could just have one of the pizzas and I would come back for the other one. She told me she sold it. Whaaaa? Ok I said I’ll just come back I have to go meet her. . Got to the car and decided I just wanted a refund . I would take her thru the drive thru. I went back in to ask for a refund. Explained the situation to him. He tried to change my order up that saying that the pizzas would still be a few more mins. I stated that I just wanted a refund. At which point the manager says. “ it’s cause she’s a girl!” Excuse me. What cause she’s a girl??? Are you for real bro. I immediately turn to my young daughters and ask them not to listen to what he was saying. I told him he couldn’t say that. That it wasn’t right . He gave me my cash and told me to have a good night. I apologized to everyone in the store for what had happened. And left. I couldn’t believe what I had heard. Definitely won’t be going back. Too bad cause the pizza...

I don't usually leave reviews but I felt this one was needed. I do like little caesars food items but I have been extremely disappointed with this location 3 times in a row now. I'm not a picky eater, I'll eat almost anything but I find the quality of the pizza and stuffed crazy bread is extremely poor at this location. The last 3 hot and ready pizzas I've gotten have been luke warm and dry. Crust very stiff and stale. By the time I get home ( 2 mins away) the pizza is cold and very stale as if it's been sitting in the warmer all day. The stuffed crazy bread has been the same all 3 times I've gotten it from this location as well.. dry, no garlic butter, stale and hard, luke warm, undercooked in some parts. This particular time, it looked as though it was stepped on or something, flattened. I couldn't eat this food and it will be the last time I go to this location.. I have no complaints about the environment and employees. They are pleasant. The food quality is the issue. I should have taken pictures but out of rage, I tossed it all in...

They forgot to add the jalapeños they burnt the bacon bits and sausage as you can see in the photo ….they forgot our creamy Caesar dip, and they burnt our crazy stuffed pepperoni bites. First and last time do not order from this location Ajax and I will never order from Little Caesars again, salt , salt and more salt and salt again 😆 . If you get what I’m saying, absolutely gross and they couldn’t even cook it properly they burnt half the stuff ,you can imagine it was burnt and Salty! Also there was no sauce , almost completely dry except for one slice.They do know they’re a pizza place right? I called Doordash and I told him that I will write a Google review as well.
