Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Ajax

Usually pretty good until they mess up. Ordered 2 pizzas and a side of knots. Picked up paid and left. I realized was missing my dips and had a pizza sauce dip.. so came back and just let the cashier know. He told me I didn't order any. I said i should have 2 garlic dips. He told me it comes with the seasonings. I went back to car to get items to show him the tags on the boxes and he still told me I didn't order any I had to point it out on the box I left to go back again to my car to get my order from my phone when I came back he said how my sauces are in the box. I took my items and left. When I got In found out he took back the pizza sauce and my pepper was missing from the box as well. It's a very petty thing to complain about but either way i paid for the items and if someone isnt paying attention just wasted my time and had the nerve to tell me I didn't pay for it even through its there on the box itself. Anyway the pizza was good but was not impressed with the way that situation was handled. I litterly had to go in and out multiple times just to get an order that should have been ready when...

The management is awful at this location. On 2 separate occasions they added pepperoni to my pizza when I do not eat beef or pork. When I called to have my pizza remade and delivered the manager Chris refused to speak to me after being asked several times by his employee and offered no callback when she could not resolve my concern because they wanted me to pay to have the replacement delivered or I had to drive out to get the replacement though it should have been made properly the first time we picked it up. He refused to refund my money over the phone after refusing to replace my pizza and said there’s nothing he can do unless I come to the store which I shouldn’t have had to do when they screwed up my pizza. Horrible management and customer service skills. Go to another location if you want to be treated like a customer should be. I eneded up having to drive over to the store after just having surgery to get my refund and had a huge argument before he’d refund my money.

The next morning I woke up to my car keyed up after this blow out and leaving this review. Avoid this place...

Ordered a Garden Fresh pizza during their 50% off all pizzas deal. They gave me a pineapple and SAUSAGE pizza, which we initially thought was mushroom. It ended up being meat however, and my father had to throw up as he had never had meat in his life.

We brought the pizza back and the guy we spoke to at the front ran away and left it to another guy to deal with. This new guy said he’d give us a refund and gave me 2 $5s when the total was $$11.84. I had to ASK for the full refund and he then gave me a toonie.

They offered to remake it which we accepted but he kept saying “sorry” with no remorse, and said it was because the wrong pizza was placed in our box, essentially deflecting blame. Like, I don’t care that was the reason. We are pure vegetarian and we got this….
