Did a mobile drive thru order and the girl at the drive thru was kinda idk had to prove a point or something..? When I mentioned I had a mobile order she was all like "This just got processed a minute and a half ago, you need to arrive on the time the app says it'll be ready by."
The point of me doing a mobile order is so that by the time I get there at least it's in the queue or almost ready lol? Never had this interaction at other locations so I wasn't sure what her deal was or what I did different compared to my previous purchases, so I let it slide.
But obviously she didn't lol
To rub it in more, when I came to window she kept going on about how I need to follow proper mobile ordering procedures because it'll mess up her drive thru times and inconvenience others and how I should order for pick up inside if I want to be like this.. like huh??
As a guest, I don't care about your times and metrics your store places on you, could've just said the order is not ready and suggest to come inside instead of lecturing me both at the speaker AND to my face lmao
