Wow! Wing House — Restaurant in Ajax

This place is horrible .. i called for pickup 20 mins before i even left my house arrived 30 mins later for the owner to tell me i gotta wait 20 mins. And that he didnt even start the wings ... its also sunday right so the special says buy 2 lbs and get free fries .. we got 3 pounds . And got charged for fries ...... we are confronting that now as we are still here in the parking lot ... still waiting for our wings .. its been 25 mins since we called 30 mins ago. This place is horrible as other comments said its dark dingy and the ownerr is very RUDE trying to rush you out . Also over the phone our order came to 44 so he said when arrived he changed it to 46 .. i gave him 47 dollars and he said okay leave i said where my change he said what change and then said oh just give me 45 dollars .. update to the free fries so my girlfriend goes back in to say he owes us free fries anyways long story short he says no he doesnt says wait 20 more mins and we end up with nothing!!! But we did get our money back ... this place is a scam everything is dirty its dingy and needs to BE SHUT...

If you MUST order from this place, do yourself a favour and do take-away. Wings are ok tasting but everything else was disastrous! This wing place is the definition of shady. Dark and dingy environment with just one person working.

We ordered four pounds, and got one pounds wings first, waited 10 more minutes after finishing our food to get the rest of the order. The place is dark even with all the lights on, but the owner turned off half of the lights after some people left, so it became even darker. The tables appeared to be clean, but the sides of the table were so filthy, our clothes were sticking to it; I shudder to think what the kitchen would be like.

I should mention though, the owner didn't charge us for ordering extra flavours(only two are allowed in the deal), so there is that. The flavours weren't bad either, but the spicy ones are really not spicy at all.

TL;DR: Dark and shady environment, ok wings, do take-out if you must...

Walked in and back out! Called before we went to see if they were busy, the guy told us they were jammed! Five mins later we arrived and there was not a soul to be seen. The guy that was on the phone came out and ignored us...we were the only 2 people there. My husband went to wash his hands and came back to tell me it was filthy back there.The guy still ignored us. Finally took our order,$27 for 2 lbs and a basket of fries. There was a hand written sight that said, " cash would be nice". We asked do they accept credit cards and were told that the machine doesn't work. Meanwhile the guys hands are covered in flour and he's rubbing the snot from his nose and punching in the order. We decided to leave and told him thanks but we've changed our minds. Now, the machine suddenly works! We told him don't worry, we're heading out. He begins to get upset with us and we turned and left. Went to portly piper for real wings, this...
