Stopped at this A&W later this afternoon during highway rush hour expecting a quick and decent meal — instead, it was a complete disaster. The store was out of fries, basic items, and several essential ingredients, which is completely unacceptable for a high-traffic location. It’s clear this isn’t just a supply issue — it’s a direct result of poor, careless, and unorganized MANAGEMENT . There’s absolutely no planning, no accountability, and no urgency to keep operations running smoothly, especially during peak hours. The situation reflects a serious lack of leadership and control. Been here multiple times and our order is never correct. Food still tastes great.

Edit May/24/2023: She even checked our order and it looked pretty thorough. I was going to check it in the car again, but we left too fast. Came home and sure enough it’s wrong, and this time it was not tasty, because the added condiment totally ruined it for me.

Times are tuff…I’m from Red deer and the AW store that won for best location is definitely the best and I know why…..Red Deer lets you use the coupons more than once, multiple times, but not this location! She was ready to snatch my coupon and make sure I won’t be able to use it a second time. Hope you feel better by not helping people out that can barely afford to go out anymore.
