The employees care more about drive through customers than ones who are in store waiting in line, with a couple of exceptions. I saw 4 employees who were engaged in making drive through orders while they ignored in store customers, spoke to each other only, ignored the one person who was helping in store customers and wandered around behind the counter looking lost. One employee nodded at me then decided it was more important to rearrange doughnuts than serve customers until TOLD to help serve customers. If you want fast service, go to a different Tim Horton's. These are some of the slowest moving, least willing to help employees of any Tim's I have been to. I like butter and sugar in my coffee. I dislike milk or cream. This is a foreign concept to most Tim employees, so even though they question me 3 or 4 times to make sure they got it right, they usually make my coffee wrong. The staff here need training on effective communication skills, in particular reading back an order as it is given, even if they think it is a mistake. Read moreArrived at the drive thru. No vehicle behind us to browse the menu which was flashing repeatedly. Asked for time to decide what we wanted to eat. A couple minutes later a voice on intercom told us to park our vehicle and go into the restaurant to read the menu. This has NEVER happened before. Of course we became flustered at this and quickly ordered our meal with the intention of confronting the person about what occurred. Asked to speak to the manager, not available but a supervisor came to the window. As we started to address the issue, she interrupted the communication and said no service today and slammed the window. Absolutely the worst experience we had anywhere. Read moreThis location is hit and miss. Some great staff who are always pleasant and efficient. Joyce is my favorite - no matter the size of my order she gets it accurate. Though if she isn't on I typically have issues. Waiting 15 minutes because the person at till ignores the stickers pop up and deals with the line in store first instead of orders in the time recieved. The last time someone other the Joyce did my order 4 out of the 6 drinks were wrong and not just what was in them but coffee instead of Steeped Tea. Manager seems a bit unprofessional times at times. But most of the time it works out ok. Also bathrooms though there is a stall is big enough for a wheelchair - isnt actually handicapped accessible.
