Subway — Restaurant in Alberta

We ordered a veggie delight foot long and we got a chicken teriyaki instead. The employee working decided to mention “sweet onion teriyaki” as an option instead while i mentioned sweet onion as a sauce. Worst part is my fiancé is vegetarian by religion once she took her first bite and puked repeatedly for an hour or over she was completely heartbroken. The emotional turmoil that we went through was not understood, compensated or made up for by the owner Bhavik Patel himself nor the employee who was pure veg himself. Neither were able to realize how messed up was for a vegetarian to have compromised their religious belief and practice while causing unbearable emotional pain. This is very very unfair, unacceptable, and simply a Poor job by all staff and employees at this location. Once we drove back all the way back to the airport from edmonton, all they want to do is offer to void the $12.49. Ontop of that, the are accusing us of lying and having ate the sandwich!
