Let me tell you, Chachi’s at the Premium Outlet Collection EIA is THE spot for a killer sandwich and a good time! My friend and I walked in hungry and walked out two very satisfied men—and yes, there was a giant pickle involved. 😏😉

My friend got The Clubbin on a gluten-free bun, and I went for the Vedge—which was absolutely delicious. Fresh ingredients, perfectly toasted bread, and flavors that hit just right. But let’s be real—the star of the show was that massive, juicy, absolutely mouthwatering pickle we shared.

If you're looking for great food with a side of fun, Chachi’s delivers in more ways than one. Grab a friend, get yourself a big pickle, and enjoy. Five stars all the way!

Went to the outlets for lunch and settled on Chachi's since they have (openly-advertised) gluten free options. Ordered the Cajun Chicken sandwich with the gluten free bread. Staff were friendly and asked if I had an allergy (maybe to prevent/reduce cross-contamination when making the sandwich). Overall, the sandwich was a 9/10. The bread has a much better taste and consistency than a lot of gluten free bread I've had and the mix of ingredients in the sandwich were delicious. I'd take 1/10 off because it wasn't very big and I could probably eat 3 of them in one sitting - but I am a heavy eater and I hadn't had breakfast. Probably better that it isn't bigger since I'm still awake at work and you probably don't want to eat a giant sandwich and then walk around shopping. I'll be back here soon to try another sandwich!

Extremely disappointing… it’s just an overpriced Subway sandwich. I ordered the GF Clubbin and they use the exact same bread as Subway (which is about 5 inches), same quality or veggies and meat. Exact same process of toasting it in the oven etc… subpar quality for $18 a sandwich. Actually Subway is better in a way since you can add more veggies and sauces… I ate this thing in 4 bites and still hungry after… and I’m a 120lb female, and I don’t usually have a big appetite, but this sandwich was very small. Also, very difficult to communicate since both Chinese attendants didn’t speak English, they could even answer basic questions.. they had to go get another person who was able to speak good enough English to help me. I do not recommend this place… very overpriced for what you get. I’m only giving it 2 stars for actually having GF options! I would add a picture but the Google app won’t allow it...
