Chili’s Texas Grill at the Edmonton Airport delivers a pleasant and efficient dining experience. Staff treat guests with fairness and respect, and even when the restaurant is busy and there is a clear shortage of servers, the team remains professional and attentive. Service is impressively fast, and multiple reviewers mention food arriving hot, fresh, and as ordered. The store manager and staff members are consistently friendly and courteous, helping create a welcoming environment for travelers. The restaurant is kept clean, and tables are cleared promptly to accommodate new guests. Menu options feature tasty classics with great flavor, including generous portions of burgers, salads, and Tex-Mex favorites. Prices are higher than in-town locations, but this reflects typical airport standards and is matched by the food’s freshness and quality. While service can be stretched thin due to limited staffing, the dedication and positive attitude of the staff make up for it. Adding more team members would further improve the experience.
