We stopped at And Kitchen on our way from Calgary to Written on Stone park for lunch. The fried chicken was delicious. They were fresh and not oily which we really enjoyed. They were crunchy and crispy outside; well seasoned and juicy inside. My kids loved the milk shake. They commented they were the best ones ever. My hubby and I like the coco latte so much. The owner invented it so it’s the specialty that I’ve never tasted before. So refreshing and perfect drink for the road trip especially in hot weather. We just hope they have a store in Calgary so we could have these treats more often. The staffs were so friendly and helpful as well. We’ll definitely come back when we have a trip...

This was AMAZING! The person there was very nice and was very happy. I got the fried chicken, my brother got the chicken burger, and my parents got the vegetable rice bowl. The food was fresh and out of all the chicken I’ve had, this is number 1. We got ice cream for dessert and it is wayyy better than in the US. They had flavors I’ve never even seen of or heard of. I heavily regret leaving more than a 9 dollar tip for the 100 dollars we spent there. If the owner is reading this, I will make up for the 9 dollar tip next time we go by there. We have ordered for pickup once and ate in another time, I am sharing those experiences. The first time we ordered pick up our gravy and fries were cold and the service was slow. Maybe there were staffing issues, I'm not sure. The second time we dined in and my family of three got intensely upset bowels from the food. There were no other factors in our day that could have caused it. Eating there was the only thing we did differently and we did not have a flu. We are not planning to eat there again unfortunately.
