Claresholm Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Alberta

My friend went here to order for the 2 of us my pizza was supposed to have extra cheese. When I went to eat it there was no cheese. I called them to complain and they swore over and over he said he told him no cheese. That was so wrong. They said they'd make a new one but I said no because your calling him a lier. I hung up and they called me 4 times in a row. I answered and again said no. They again swore over and over he said no cheese. I also told them over and over he was my friend and repeatedly they called him my husband. They can't listen that plain to see. If they hand no insisted so strongly it was no cheese calling my friend a lier I would have...

Edit . I now have went back and 3rd time and tried another 100 dollars worth of food. I got the macaroni and cheese and chicken Alfredo and pizza . The macaroni was a quarter full and no lids on anything just put in pizza boxes . The macaroni was spilled inside box. The owner called and said it's not his fault or the stores he said it's pizza hut standard to do it this way even when I told him it had lids when I bought it before. I honestly believe they cut corners unless pizza hut is telling him this . I will dig further into this as this was probably the biggest waste of money and the owner said he proud...

We ordered 2 large pizzas and they were really yummy. They could have been a bit warmer but if I wanted, I could give my pieces a quick microwave, so no big deal. We also ordered honey barbecue wings and they were just ok. The guy who took our order was really nice and very polite. (Ordered: May 3, 2024 @ 5 pm). We will return.
