Thank you for turning away my 9 year old, after she came in with a full stamp card.

Someone initialled one of the spots when they couldn’t find the stamp, months ago. Today, instead of her free drink, they refused her and just sold one to her friend. She felt like she was being called a liar and came home in tears. I went back myself to talk to the gentleman who helped her and he just kept defending himself. He did say “Sorry Mam” a couple times, but made no effort to make it right. Basically, ‘buy another one to earn your stamp’.

There’s no excuse for making a little girl who has already spent a small fortune of her own hard-earned chore money on drinks cry....

Fun place for bubble tea and snacks . I love how it smells in there 😄 Ok.. on with the review Today I tried the strawberry flavored coconut drink and the creme brulee croffle. The counter staff did a great job recommending my options as this was my first time there. The drink was outstanding. The creme brulee pastry thing was great. Actually everything was so good I forgot to take a picture of it 😂 And the service I received from Jay was outstanding. I would definitely recommend you check this place out sometime.

I have been into the store several times since it opened and could not be happier with the product and the service. They greet you as soon as you walk in, and now that we don’t have to worry masks those that do not always have a smile on their face. You never have to wait to long for your drink and if you are not sure what to order they will ask questions and make recommendations. I have never had one that I did not like.
