Don't even waste your time stopping at the Gasoline Alley Starbucks! We used to stop by on our way out of town but this will be the last time. They were NOT busy, there were FOUR baristas on the floor and they still couldn't get it together. We ordered at 1:04, 10 minutes later our first drink was wrong, and the snotty barista told me "she didn't know" where my husbands was. Mine for remade, 5 minutes later there was no sign of my husbands again. The people in front of me walked out even after paying they were so frustrated and I don't blame them. I got in line to ask for a refund for my second drink so I could leave, when finally my husbands got thrown together, and when I asked for a lid because they were out, more attitude from the barista. We continued down the highway to find my husbands drink was wrong anyway. As if the treatment by the staff isn't enough to ruin your mood and day, it's even worse to pay $12 for 2 drinks and get the wrong stuff. I guess I will give up my Starbucks addiction for the Booster Juice next door to them.... Atleast they have it together! Read moreI went to this particular Starbucks and the last 2 times (I am from Calgary) they have literally pulled fraudulent activity. The first time they tipped themselves and stupid me just tapped, not thinking anything (I know, I know). Then again yesterday, I paid for my items through my card on the app but she said “pay the rest on debit?” I’m a panic and my app not updating I just said yes and again, we tapped our card. I made my spouse pull over because in my head it wasn’t adding up. We checked out debit and we paid over $5 so o thought I had more on my Starbucks card. I double checked and opened the app, service was crappy so it took a second but I could see I fully paid for our order. We returned to the store to get the refund on something else we clearly paid for. The manager offered no explanation but did refund our money. Whoever the female was the barista @635 Wednesday August 26 - was super rude as I am watching her make my drink where it says on the label no water mentioning to her excuse me there is no water added. There was a note asking for cream to be added where she then barked at me “WELLHOW MUCH” . I said like 2 shots worth. Watching her pour almost a cup worth in it. Because of the rudeness I don’t even want to go back in to have my drink fixed as I was still watching her not make it correct. I have never had anyone be so rude to me making my drink.
