Booster Juice — Restaurant in Alberta

I have never been to such a disgusting booster juice normally there’s great service except these two nasty people, I came in here on November 12 around 8 pm and as I entered I loudly announced I was using the bathroom and then ordering as It could not wait for me to order the girl followed me near to the bathroom and was like “are you planning on ordering” this was right after I said VERY loudly that I was using the restroom first. I then said “yah I literally said I was going to after I went to the bathroom .

upon coming out her extremely unprofessional rude and Arrogant miserable co worker was very rudely saying “YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE RUDE WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE” so I just walked out. I highly recommend if you see this awful employees working RUN do NOT walk RUN!!!!! They are unprofessional rude and overall unstable !!!

Will only be back when these horrible employees are not working anymore. This kind of unprofessionalism should be an immediate firing

I came through here with my son and ordered 3 drinks. Trying to get the girl’s attention behind the counter seemed ridiculous as it took a minute for them to help us. As I was trying to put the straw in the cup, it tipped and sloshed all over the floor. The girls didn’t notice. I had to ask for napkins to clean it up, and they didn’t really care. Not only did they not offer to make me a new one for free, they pretended not to notice anything. My husband still needed his smoothie, so I had to go back to the counter and repurchase it. They seemed really unbothered nor concerned about my full hands. I felt really annoyed because of the dismissive attitude. We come through red deer extremely often and ALWAYS stop here. This was the worst experience we had there, but every time we go through, the service seems to get worse....

Went to this location around 5 pm today, March 7, 2025. I've had many brazillian thunders (my favorite) at a lot of locations throughout the province as I travel for work.

Stopped at this location on my way through. The one attendent was nice, pretty obvious the other attendent had no desire to be there and she put minimal effort into service. Not the end of the world though, everyone has bad days.

Didn't notice until I was back on the highway. First sip tasted off and was very watery, then noticed a yellowish tinge under the lid. Opened and it smelt off with yellow stuff on top of the normal purple smoothie.......
