Ordered online, went to pick it up but didn’t have a chance to eat it that day due to being busy. (Do it all the time with my subs) Went to eat it the next day and noticed there was no cheese, as I paid for extra cheese. And it wasn’t toasted as requested. Called the shop and the man who was there THE DAY I ORDERED. I know, I order all the time from them! He tried tell me he was not there the day my sub was made. Then continued to say he was there and knew he put cheese and toasted my sub. dumbfounded anyways in my opinion they could’ve just said they were sorry and made it up with a replacement like they usually do, instead of calling me a liar. They never toast our subs when we order on the app or at drive thru. They put no sauce or hardly any to taste. Our last order had a pizza sub which had no marinara at all so we had to drive back to get some. She looked very confused and just handed over a tiny amount in a container cold. We even had to ask for more and had to go home to heat it up ourselves. Not good customer service at all.
