Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Alberta

I have to say,! I live in the area, and I finally have to leave a review for this place. I will also be writing to the main head office about this location. It seems time & time again, this location is always low on stock for products out in the store in the evenings and low on donuts/Timbits for their customers.

I wish I had taken a photo of the front counter food displays, to show how empty they were, almost like it was closing time.

We walked in tonight at 1736, and they had only 8 selections of the non popular donuts left, & two different Timbits for their customers to chose from tonight!

I thought Tim Hortons had a very large variety of products to offer their customers, when coming to their locations!

This location is not doing its job as part of the franchise chain, representing Tim Hortons Canada!

This is happening, time & time again, for our locals in the area and for people passing through at this location!

This locations is suppose to be open until 2200 hrs and has no products to offer their customers at this time, that we went in to the store!

It has also been closed at 2100 hrs. in the past, while still showing a closing time at 2200 hrs.!

I have now started to drive into Okotoks, instead of supporting this location!

I recently visited Tim Hortons and decided to go for a classic combo: an Iced Coffee and some Timbits. Let me tell you, it was the perfect way to beat the summer heat!

I just wanted to say Kim who works at the Tim Horton's in Black Diamond is the absolute best at what she does over here... She makes the best most fresh Latte's and Cappuccino's in the province of Alberta and I can't even go to Starbuck's anymore as they do not compare to Kim's fresh ones that she makes over here!!!! She always greets me with a big smile, is always so friendly, makes me feel like family, is always interested in how I am doing and always makes sure I get the best experience when I am here!!!! She is also very knowledgeable on any nre products and always has suggestions for me when I am ready to try something new to eat!!!! She really is the face of this location and I will only come here when she is on shift!!!! I can't even go to any other Tim Hortons because I do not same experience or the same freshness of my cappuccinos and lattes anywhere else and that is because Kim makes everything fresh which is absolutely appreciated and I didn't know cappuccino's latte's could taste so amazing I met Kim here at the Tim Horton's over here in Black Diamond!!!!
