I go to this Tim’s a lot and have pretty good interactions there! I normally interact with the same lady and she is amazing and unbelievably sweet. this morning I went to go get a coffee, it was raining (for context) I was greeted at the speaker and I started relaying my order the lady on the speaker didn’t hear me at first and I thought it was because of the rain ( I used to work in fast food and our speaker would cut out if it was stormy). I apologized and tried to speak louder so they could hear me and she heard me the last time and I thought it was good! ( I drive a truck and I didn’t realize it was that loud it’s all stock but I guess I didn’t realize how loud it must sound in the speaker) anyways I get to the window the man taking my payment barely acknowledges me and takes my payment and then starts saying ( “you should have turned your truck off it’s to loud” and that’s totally fine I understand that and I apologized and told him I didn’t realize but he was giving me like the stink eye and his tone was very rude even after I apologized he continued to repeat himself in the same condescending tone and I was just dumbfounded and I truly did not understand how I deserved to be talked to like that I’ve interacted with him a couple times and it’s always a rude interaction y’all seriously need to either teach your staff proper communication and treat them better because I’m sure they have that attitude for a reason. Very embarrassing...
Read moreI just had the rudest experience of my entire life with Tim Hortons at 18 Southridge Drive, Okotoks, Alberta. My drive through order is VERY OFTEN incorrect at this location so I have started to check it before leaving. Usually the incorrect item is cheaper than what I have paid for & I am tired of feeling ripped off by Tim Hortons. Today was no different. I ordered a blueberry scone & when I got my order it was a blueberry muffin. I handed it back to the worker at the window telling him that it wasn't what I ordered, it was a muffin not a scone. He then proceeded to argue with me that it was blueberry & it is what I ordered. I was so frustrated I told him I ordered a scone for the 3rd time. He then started yelling through the restaurant that I shouldn't be mad, and then came back to me & started yelling at me again. I thought normally the process is to apologize for the error & smile. Not this man, he was screaming after me as I drove away. Oh and I still don't have the correct item that I ordered. This to me is unacceptable & no way to treat a frustrated customer when YOU have made the error. I will be taking my business to McDonalds from here on. I have no need to be screamed at first thing in the morning by someone that has made a mistake on my order & I am tired of eating or drinking incorrect items served by...
Read moreI’m writing to express my disappointment regarding an experience I had during my visit on June 6th, between 7–8 PM.
When I placed my usual order — a half French Vanilla double double — the man at the register made an unnecessary and unprofessional comment, saying, “It’ll be too sweet.” I find this inappropriate. Customers should be able to order what they like without unsolicited judgment or commentary.
Additionally, I intended to get the wrap as a meal, but I was under the impression that it already came with wedges. After paying, I politely asked for clarification: “Sorry, is this a meal?” Instead of a helpful response, I was met with a harsh tone and attitude. He stated that he had already asked me, making me feel like I was being scolded for a simple question.
Employees should never take out their frustration on customers. A moment of confusion does not warrant rude behavior, and the lack of professionalism left a very negative impression.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously. I do not feel welcomed returning to this location, and I would not recommend it to others based on how I...
