We actually come here fairly often as its near a Costco we frequent, so its really disappointing to leave this negative review but due to how we were treated by the manager here I felt it needed to be done.
We ordered with our apps for dine in as usual using the coupons, my wife ordered for her and our toddler in the car and than I made my order shortly after parking. We waited patiently with a hungry toddler at our table for around 15 minutes and noticed nobody else had any orders or were making orders so it was pretty quiet inside. The order screen was completely off and not working so we had no idea where our order was which is another issue entirely but still we still waited patiently. I finally decided to stand up near the waiting area and waited for someone to come, eventually someone came and I asked about our order. Turns out our orders didn't even come through, there were no issues on the order on our apps but they couldn't find our orders. By this time its been over a half hour with a toddler who was of course getting restless. I showed the manager the app on my phone and the receipt showing we made the order and its been paid with our credit card number, there was an order number and all the details very clearly. He than made us look up our credit card details online to see if we actually got charged, all this while still our toddler was getting more and more impatient. We than looked up our credit card transactions and showed them to the manager clearly showing the recent order from wendys and than he tells us that the transaction is "pending" and implying that hes not going to do anything about our orders that we clearly made on their app. Is that supposed to be surprising in any way? Any recent purchase will show pending... I even asked him are there issues with the app, he said its been like this all morning. He could even see on our app history that we order from this location fairly often.
In all my 40ish years of life, by this point the store/restaurant would have tried to make things right one way or another, we waited patiently, I remained calm even though our toddler was getting restless, the manager literally kept trying everything he could to not fulfill the order we clearly made, in the end he won and we had to walk out upset and get some food elsewhere with our time completely wasted. I would complain about the app but the treatment from the manager to resolve the issue seemed far worse.
I would consider coming back here and give them a second chance but this has definitely soured our love for Wendys, especially this location/manager. Who knows if our orders will go through or not and if there are any online/app issues (entirely unrelated to the user) it seems they will not do anything about it, even if its clearly ordered and paid with credit card records... You would think having an order history with a valid receipt of our order would mean something and have a purpose but doesn't look...

After they gave me the food only two bags then I double checked, It was missing one burger. I went in and told them. No apology or sorry. One Filipino lady just said to me let's checking and even told me I was yelling. With the mask and shield at the cash counter. Her attitude was so terrible. There were 5 staffs in here, no one checked carefully. Then an Indian staff said to me Man, everyone makes mistake. still no apology. The way they responded really made me so disappointed and not appreciated. In the end, I told her that I am going to make a complain. she even strongly said Sure, go for it. It was the worst experience with Wendy's. The food was not good. the fries were dry and tasted re-cooked. No catch-up provided. the Southwest salad was not fresh at all, the Avocado dressing was bitter. I went to so many Wendy's locations. This new location was my first time, also my last time.
