Starbucks — Restaurant in Armstrong

Excellent service from Joni, Jojo, and Ruby and I believe there was another lady I didn’t get her name, all I can say is WOW!!! Service is excellent!!!!thank you for your helpfulness and kindness. Husband and I were visiting from the lower mainland and I have to say your lucky if you get a Thank you in the other stores in the lower mainland, well this is appreciated as we don’t get that service from the lower mainland. In fact the other stores really need to take a field trip up to your store, see how customers should be treated, and see how welcoming your store makes people feel. Yes it is coffee, but thank you, smiling and kindness go along way, so Armstrong store thank you!!!!!! Will return...

I ordered iced cherry latte and I was served with no cherry topping when I asked she reply “oh we are out of it” well update accordingly then so people don’t order if you don’t have everything for the drink. It’s unacceptable! if I am paying for the whole shenanigans please...

The staff are always so friendly and they write such nice things on the cups! I really really hope they do well in this location in Armstrong! I was sooooo excited when they started to build here in Armstrong!! I love Starbucks! I hope they are busy enough to stay...
