We order a pizza online at 7:15pm. We even used all of our rewards dollars, paid by credit card and included the extra tip. The app said approximately 35 minutes for arrival. 45 minutes later, the app now says “pizza on the way”, we decided to call up the store for an update and ETA of arrival, we were told to wait another 5 minutes. 20 minutes later, still no pizza. We called up the store again, and the gentleman asked me to wait on the line while he calls the driver. He then said that the driver is 2 minutes away. It is now 8:30pm. At 9pm we have yet to receive the pizza. We called up the store again, and to the surprise of the store operator, he suggested we cancel our order and apologized for the inconvenience. However, we weren’t able to cancel online, so after 10 minutes on the phone, the store was able to cancel the order. He said that the manager would get in touch with me the next day to explain how I’d be getting my refund and also receive the online money rewards we used for the order. 2 days later and us calling everyday for an update, we have yet heard back. Always being told that we’d get a call back “tomorrow” We have tried to contact head office regarding this issue, and they only take complaints online and do not reply.
This is the worse experience with a pizzeria. Awful and unethical.

Not sure if management is refusing to schedule appropriate staffing for busy nights, or failure to train, or failure to pay a decent wage; but something has changed drastically in the last week / on my last two orders.
Thought the first bad experience with undercooked food here was a one-off… as tonight we just ordered 2 x 12” pizzas, 2 x garlic knots, 16pc x wings tonight around 8:30pm..
Wings were ALL undercooked. More than half the garlic knots were still dough & undercooked. Very very light with the toppings, and the pizza would flop in your hand and detach from the cheese & uppers. What an absolute mess.
Im on round 2 of throwing up in the toilet, same goes with 2 others in my family..
I have absolutely ZERO intention to buy here any further, and advise any local Aurorans to do so until...

I waited an hour and half for the pizza. I called the store asking where the pizza is they. The person on the phone in an extremely rude way is telling me their busy and that I have to just wait and passed the phone to another gentlemen who was very rude and would not even allow me to explain what had happened. He told me that I need to wait for the pizza or he said your order will be canceled. In the background all employees were laughing and mocking me on the phone. He proceeded to hang up the phone on me. I call the store back and I could hear all employees laughing once again and he said that my order is canceled and hung up again.
