Unfortunately, our experience was marred by an exceptionally rude server. From the moment we sat down, it was clear that our presence was more of an inconvenience than anything else. Viktoriya had an excessively rude tone and was curt and dismissive. Simple questions about the menu were met with eye rolls and sighs, as if we were being a bother by even asking. Throughout the evening, her attitude didn't improve. Even refilling our water seemed like a chore for her. The biggest issue happened when we went to pay for our meal and let her know that we had an online gift card. In the most rude and condescending tone possible she repeatedly told us we would need to show her a barcode for her to scan. This was despite us explaining that we had used this same payment method before with no issues at this location. It was evident she was just too lazy to punch in the numbers and was refusing to try. She even got to a point of raising her voice at us while being incredibly condescending. I'm still absolutely in shock at how poor the service was and how this person feels it is okay to treat others this way. It's a shame because the food is usually good, but the service completely overshadowed what could have been a pleasant dining experience. Dining out is not just about the food—it's about the entire experience, and sadly, this one was ruined by an incredibly rude server. As someone who has worked in the service industry for years—I get it, it’s a tough job. However, this server should not be in direct contact with customers. I hope the management addresses this issue because no matter how good the food is, poor service will drive customers away. I had a wonderful experience here! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious, and everything was served promptly; no awkward waiting for anyone's food to arrive after the rest of the table. I especially loved the Thai salad, it was so flavourful! The only thing I’d note is that the noodles in the salad were a bit cold and slightly too raw for my preference, but that’s just a minor detail.

The prices were very reasonable for the quality of service and food. We stayed for about two hours, and the staff consistently checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We ended our meal with dessert, a chocolate cake, which was amazing! The portion was generous and perfect for three people to share. The brownie, however, was a bit hard, which one of my friends wasn’t a fan of, but I personally really enjoyed it.

The atmosphere and space were great too. It can get a little loud since it’s a bar, and while the design isn’t my personal favourite, it was well put together, neat, and clean for a bar/restaurant. Made a reservation for 4 for this past Saturday evening for dinner . Reserved a booth. We were greeted nicely. Menus provided. The server was nice and friendly. We couldn't read the menus without getting out our cell phones and putting on the flash light. Could you please make it brighter so we can read the menu and then see what we are eating??? Please! We asked questions about the steaks, server didn't know so asked the manager to talk to us. He answered our questions. The food was okay. My husband's steak was a tad cold. I ordered the Royal Bangkok Noodle Bowl. It was made with spaghetti and not rice noodles, lacked decent seasonings, basically blah dish. If you offer this on the menu, make sure your chef knows how to prepare it. The server checked on us a couple of times but did not inform us that soft drinks had free refills unti the end of our meal. Would have been nice to know that earlier. The bill took a long time. They had to reset their system on a Saturday night to ensure people got an itemized receipt and not just the payment receipt. This was supposed to be a special treat and did not turn out that great.
