Subway — Restaurant in Aurora

Stopped in on a whim and was immediately greeted by friendly staff. The restaurant was clean, the ingredients were fresh. All the makings for a good experience and it delivered. Sara was meticulous and assembled the sub like a pro. Toppings were nicely and evenly distributed, nothing was falling or dripping out. She went one step further by asking if I wanted to have it separated into two 6”subs which I didn’t know I wanted and actually really appreciated. The cut was cleanly done down the centre, no dreaded one side with torn bread or worse, no cut at all. Finally it was tightly wrapped making the carry out easy. Highly recommend...

I have gone to this subway multiple times and I have always come out satisfied with my sub. However today was different. An older lady was serving me today, and when I made a simple request for extra pickles on my sandwich she seemed annoyed and made it very clear she was unhappy with my request. This is not my first experience with her, as she always seems angry, but today really stood out when she made me feel like I was being unreasonable for wanting more pickles on my sandwich. I hope I don't have to encounter this experience...

Subway has a promotion of buying one footlong get one footlong for free, this stupid store decline my order as I use the coupon. Cheapest and most stupid store ever, if you don’t wanna ppl to use this coupon do not join the game, some store choose not to play this game that we understand , but if you choose to join then follow the rules and let customers order.
