Let me tell you about a bubble tea chain that is right up my 𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗘𝗬 🤣 The beauty of their drinks always makes me feel all 𝗕𝗨𝗕𝗕𝗟𝗬 inside 🥺 So if you bring me a drink from here, we'll be guaranteed 𝗯𝗲𝘀-𝗧𝗘𝗔𝗦

-[𝗕𝗟𝗔𝗖𝗞 𝗚𝗢𝗟𝗗 𝗠𝗜𝗟𝗞𝗬 𝗕𝗘𝗘𝗥] 👑 Royal No. 9 milk tea as a base! 🍬 with brown sugar (sweetness/ice 𝙘𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙤𝙩 be altered) 🍺 hint of beer flavor (but still being 𝙣𝙤𝙣-𝙖𝙡𝙘𝙤𝙝𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙘) and then TOPPED with snow velvet

Okay, at first I was a little skeptical about this drink because I thought to myself, "𝘸𝘩𝘺 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘐 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘢𝘭𝘤𝘰𝘩𝘰𝘭 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘦𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘢𝘭𝘤𝘰𝘩𝘰𝘭?" 🤣

𝗜 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗻𝗼𝘄! It's simply because it is 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 and 𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 because of how easily this drink went down 🤫

I don't know who the creators of this drink are but they deserve a round of applause 👏🏻 I never would have thought to give the already stellar Royal No. 9 any sort of upgrade because I thought that drink was already at its prime! But 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 is definitely my preferred way of ordering the Royal No. 9 now 🤯

Hopefully with enough positive feedback on the drink, they consider adding this to the permanent menu instead of having it just be a limited time item! ✨

The customer service here was great! My friend and I both ordered drinks and were uncertain about whether or not the drinks from the "𝗡𝗼𝗻-𝗔𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗧𝗲𝗮 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀" could have 𝘴𝘶𝘨𝘢𝘳/𝘪𝘤𝘦 alterations and whether or not the drink came in more than 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘴𝘪𝘻𝘦... The employee working the cash register was more than glad to answer both of...

We typically get drinks from here fairly often and quality and taste is generally excellent, but service is rarely what you would expect. Long wait times even with just a handful of people lining up. Seems like the priority are orders from delivery apps rather than people waiting in line. Went there last Friday and was the only one at the counter. As soon as we reached, the girl told us to please wait, which we were happy to assuming that she needed to prepare a drink for someone who had ordered and just sat down - reasonable. Instead, she proceeded to make a drink and then started processing orders coming in from apps while we were still waiting in line. Three orders came in and one of those was massive with around 8 drinks. We asked twice if we can be served and were told ‘yes, shortly’ but then orders continue to stream in and take priority. Ten full minutes of waiting and we left. The attitude was disrespectful unfortunately - I’ll switch to the location in Upper Canada mall where the staff is always...

DON’T ORDER THE DRINK Deerioca Matcha! That drink is unbearably sweet. If you don’t have diabetes then this is the express way to get it. If you think the sugar in the coke is a lot then compare to this it is just a sprinkle of it. But that is okay because every store has some items that should have never been served.

However, the customer service really got me blindsided. The barista was really friendly until I went back to the store and expressed my concern. Rather than being proactive in accommodating the situation , the barista refused to help out and left me speechless as if it is my fault to order something undrinkable. I didn’t want to start the quarrel so I went back to my car and try to swallow this $7 abomination. In fact I would pay someone the same amount to just drink it lol.

Overall, I had a very horrible experience at this boba shop. Despite what I’ve said above about the product, somehow their horrid customer service was able to make “this drink” to be a positive high light...
