Terrible customer service. I visited this location and had a terrible customer service experience. I visited the drive thru and was charged $13 for one cup of coffee . I paid for my order and then the guy confirmed my order . I told him I only ordered one cup of coffee which was cold . The guy scanned my card and redeemed my points . I told him I only ordered one cup of coffee which can’t be $13 this is not Starbucks . He told his manager who was very rude and unprofessional and did not apologize for the mistake. That day I was late for work because of their mistake . I also received a very cold coffee . After the manger charged me for the coffee. I contacted the owner of The store who emailed me after 5 days and apologized and asked me what happened . When I replied back to her she ignored my email . When I followed up with the owner whose name is rachana I told her that I am upset and she said oh if that how you feel about us . The Donuts are made with low quality ingredients, the sandwiches are overpriced yet dull and bland. The stafg at this location Aren't too bad and just doing their job, but you can tell they aren't hiring someone who isn't from a country that cooks with their bare feet; time to stop supporting tim hortons. I found it absolutely laughable recently that one of worst servers that I have ever experienced took it upon herself to hand me a survey slip and asked me to complete it positively.
