McDonald's — Restaurant in Avenue District

Today We went through the Drive Thru at this location and ordered:

1McCrispy Chicken combo with medium fries and a medium vanilla milkshake 1McTasters Italian with a medium coke and large fries 2 blueberry pies

We were charged istead: 2McCrispy Chicken combos with 2 medium fries ($15.58) and 2 medium vanilla milkshakes ($2.60 ea) 1McTasters Italian with a medium coke and large fries 2 blueberry pies

They gave my wife back: $9.60 in change for the mistake, but not only did they get the order wrong after trying to up sell us, they charged us for extra meals and then didn't refund the full amount that was owed to us.

$15.58/2 = $7.79 + $2.60 = $10.39

Again, they gave us $9.60 back, and when I tried to explain it should be over $10 they proceeded to argue with me and tell me they had refunded the meal. If I had the time I would have insisted on speaking to the manager, but for now I would expect them to refund the remaining money owed to my wife for the meal, and to apologize to her and for how we were treated. They tried to force upselling, didn't listen when I corrected the order at the intercom, proceeded to overcharge us, did not properly refund us what was owed and then proceeded to argue with the customer and kept us waiting for additional items. As they were then taking items back I sat there further waiting and had to ask several times for straws. . . Not only was this going through drive Thru, but it further wasted our time when we were in a hurry.

I would not reccomend this location, and I would suggest you give yourself extra time to go through the drive through to make sure you aren't getting ripped off...

I take blame for having to write this review and gicing this 112 location so many tries. Being a professional athlete and new to a city is an exciting thing. You want your experience to be a warm welcoming. This Mcdonald is in a fairly great location with some nice staff members. Ive tried many times to give this mcdonalds the bennefit of doubt , having young workers and some that arent too well with english. Its come to this negative google review and if youre reading this it probably sounds good so far. So the straw that broke the elephants back was Manager "SARSI" with multiple wrong orders of me not complaining the one time I decide this is enough from "Mcdonalds" she refused to compromise or even so little listen to my complaint. No napkins, no ketchup, very cold hard fries, no extra lettuce or tomato. Seems like nothing right? And 99 % of the time id see it as that also but the crude and arrogant behaviour has driven me over the edge. Im a paying customer and this isnt customer service. Ive taken videos that ill post of this "shift manager" continously showing plenty disrespect. If you read this and agree something needs to be done at this location get in contact with me as ill be speaking to headquarters....

When you put all of the worse Mcdonald's employees in 1 place.

My co-worker and I ordered some breakfast on 2nd of August in the morning.

My co worker ordered an iced black coffee but the employees served her a regular iced coffee instead .

I ordered some breakfast with a regular cappuccino and a bag, but served me a no sugar cappuccino instead and of course no bag as well.

I asked them “ I did paid for a bag, right? “ And they were like “no” without checking the receipt or the order screen. ( I did not pressed any further because of how oblivious they were. )

And the atmosphere…. One of the employee at the front were yelling towards kitchen or the cashier because she was at the kitchen to grab something (apparently she got the order wrong), and this employee at the front were trying to correct her, then one of the people at the kitchen just told her to stop yelling.

One of the customer just walked out because he was waiting for the cashier for like 5 minutes and it was not even busy, and another customer just asked to fix his order because they served him a wrong sandwich. Lol

The place got blessed with a good spot because of the Arena, but the shop IS cursed with this crew.

A mystery shopper visit would...
