One of worst experiences on A&W. They were super slow on making my burger. while I was the only customer I waited 15min for it to get ready. The manager made sure to count all the money they had before touching my food, with no had sanitization process! My food was already cold when I got it. And they finished the job by forgetting to give me the coke that was part of my order, I asked for the coke and waited another 10minutes, then one of them came to me again and asked me "what are you waiting for?" So I told her and they made another burger for me while I just wanted my coke!!!! Still, I was fair, I didn't got the second burger and told them again that I just want my coke. I had a disappointing experience at this location. The girl at the counter, Roshni, was not friendly or welcoming. I asked her about a burger, but instead of answering, she just added it to the order without saying anything. When I added more items, she gave me a fed-up look and didn’t give me a receipt or order number.

She placed my drink on the counter without calling my name, and I had to guess it was mine. Extremely pathetic service. I would not even rate this place a one star. The manager needs to train her employees better. This brown guy with a silver bangle in his right wrist thinks he owns the place and threatened to call the security on me. Very intimidating and uncouth disrespectful. My order couldn't get any more simpler for them. Even the front cashier girl was rude as hell. Both the packer and the front cashier need to be fired immediately. Come on guys. Hire some better people. I have the longest association with Barrie for almost 9 years now and never have I ever encountered such people here....
