I’m posting this on behalf of my grandparents!!! my grandparents ordered off skip the dishes and when their order arrived, it was missing items so I called the store and asked if I could come pick them up, they told me that would be fine. Just bring the receipt. When I arrived at the store, there were about 4-5 people already waiting for their orders, when I go to the counter, I stood there for five minutes as the cashier gave me dirty looks, when she spoke with me she was rude and had an attitude when I told her the situation, she took my phone (which had the receipt on it) and went to the back to ask again if they could give me the order. After they made the order the girl let it sit for another five minutes getting cold because the kitchen staff were throwing food out the window at her and not stopping to try and help her get caught up. This place is poorly run and has horrible customer service! Now I don’t necessarily blame the girl at the counter because she was clearly not getting help from her co-workers, I blame the management!! On top of all the other things going on in my situation there were other customers who had pre ordered and were ignored well their pre ordered items were getting cold in a bag on the container! We ordered one spicy and two regular big Mary’s. We got one regular and two spicy. One of the spicy was labelled regular which had a pretty unpleasant reaction
We used the app to place the order. I know I chose Side kick sandwich sweet heat, crispy chicken twist and two pickles.
BUT We received 4 pickles with 2 dipping sauces. Upon reviewing the order on the app we found 4 pickles, even though we chose the other 2 items...This problem was not at the store level, and may be an app glitch. I’m sorry to give such a low review but even though the food was good, it was for the most part not what we ordered

Read moreFirst off, the website ordering sucks! Not clear or dynamic, so it did not offer or show better deals that were available as I was putting items in the cart.
It wasn't until the manager Fay, who was super personable, noticed and went ahead reviewed my receipt & how much I OVERpaid. He kindly offered an upgrade to XL fries (from med) to large gravy (from med) without extra charge. I couldn't cancel an online order:( Otherwise for $15 less, I'd have twice as many sides lol. 5/5 kindness!
I was excited to try the honey BBQ chicken flavour (which I had ordered), but they gave us a "sweet heat" for some reason - it was meh. So lack of attention docked a star and waiting for 20 minutes, when the online order said 10 minutes - it's good to know what to actually expect. To corporate, be clear/honest with your production times & fix your website!
