Today me & my husband went for covid test while coming home we thought we should grab something from tim hortons. We orderd veggie lime salad 3 timbits & patato wedges. My husband like chipotle with wedges we forgot to mention that when we went to take order she asked if we want that on salad my husband said no just other sauce i said to my husband that she is thinking to add it on top of salad we call her on mentioned her again. Order came salad was full of chipotle sauce & no fork or spoon we knocked the window again and ask for fork i asked her is this chipotle she said yes i said i don’t want chipotle on salad she said okay u can keep this i will make another. There were 3..4 cars behind us so we went again in line for drive through so that people should not need to wait. We came to the window my husband said u haven’t given us wedges as well. They showed the receipt actually they haven’t added wedges. All of sudden a guy came he said if u want another salad give me back the previous one that was very embarrassing i immediately gave it back and said i have tried a spoon already and gave it to him. the one which he gave me didn’t had any sauce. We spent so much time in drive through bez of their mistake even that is not a problem. Whole time we were feeling bad that we tested COVID POSITIVE & we touched the box n all just dont want it to get spread. Read moreI contacted you guys 2 weeks and 1 day ago and I still haven’t heard anything back from you guys, like this is ridiculous and I shouldn’t have to wait this long. I ordered large green tea with two milk and two sugar, 2 farmers breakfast wraps with no egg and extra hashbrown in each and bagel with cream cheese. I said I’m missing my other farmers wrap and they said they only charged me for one and told me if I wanted another one I would have to pay for it. But I shouldn’t have to pay for it when you guys messed it up, you are supposed to fix it. They had my order on the screen right, and read it back to me. But instead I received my bagel with cream cheese with the two hashbrowns on it, it was disgusting I had to throw it out because it turned my stomach and that was my lunch. Gave me one farmer breakfast wrap with barley anything in it and not grilled either. Like so disappointing and wasn’t worth the money. I stopped going to Tim Hortons on Cundles by the Mcdonalds plaza bc my order was ALWAYS wrong. I started getting my coffee at this location. It hasnt been any better here.
●Ordered 2 Boston Cream - they were empty inside, no cream. Only found out after i arrived home.
●Order a coffe, after i paid i was given an ice cap. Didnt even want to fight the bill bc i paid for an ice cap instead of a coffee. Big line up of cars behind me.
●Ordered 2 bagels, im given one, only bc i checked the bag b4 driving away.
All of these are on different days at the drive thru.
ALL TIMMYS ARE NOT WHAT THEY USED TO BE ANYMORE. THERE IS A LANGUAGE BARRIER WITH THE PEOPLE THAT ARE BEING HIRED AND HALF OF THE TIME I HAVE ISSUES UNDERSTANDING THEM.
