If you think you are just getting an average corn dog/pogo, you are in for a pleasant surprise. My family and I went during grand opening. The store is nice, clean and vibrant. It was very busy but the staff at the till were very helpful and efficient and we were able to place our order quickly. We were asked to wait outside and I am telling you, it was well worth the wait.

We ordered Jumbo hotdog wrapped in crispy fried potatoes, Mozzarella Cheese Hotdog, Cheddar cheese hotdog and Chicken hot dog. Each hotdog is fried to order so you know your food is hot and fresh. We didn’t have to wait long—maybe 10 minutes, give or take. After that, we chose the sauce and seasonings. I tried a sauce combo of teriyaki, honey mustard, sweet mayo and sugar topping. My husband sweet chilli, sweet mayo and honey butter topping. Our son went with just honey mustard and we left one hotdog plain.

First of all, the rice hotdogs are HUGE—portions are definitely generous. The outside is nice and crispy and has good crunch when you bite into it. The inside is soft and the hotdog is juicy. When we bit into the Mozzarella cheese hotdog, that melted cheese pull was very tasty and satisfying, it’s IG post worthy. The Chicken hotdog and Jumbo Hotdog with potatoes exceeded our expectations. The chicken and potato topping were crisp and flavourful. The sauces and powder toppings complemented the hotdog very well. It was sweet, savoury and was not overpowering at all. They have 8 sauces and and 4 seasonings so you can make your own combination of sweet, spicy, or both.

Our favourite is the chicken hotdog with the potato dog a close second. We love the toppings we chose and we are looking forward to trying new combinations next time. Our family loves it so much, we have been back twice since grand opening! If you’re looking for something new to try, this is it. I guarantee you will not leave...

Horrible service. I came home with my order and noticed 2 of the items were wrongly given to me, and had meat in them which I could not eat. I called and asked if I could have the value for those items refunded as I ordered the mozzarella rice dog, and not the one with mozzarella and sausage. The girl on the phone looked up my order number and said I could receive a refund no problem. I went all the way back to the restaurant. Upon getting there, she looked at my receipt and said she could not refund it because I ordered the mozzarella and sausage rice dog. I insisted that I ordered the mozzarella, and my receipt also said "mozzarella cheese hotdog". I had already fully explained this situation on the phone to her before arriving for the second time. When I came back, they told me they could not refund it. Instead of guaranteeing that you will give me a refund, you should explain that you have to first look at the receipt and then see if you can issue the refund? I would not have minded if they had simply told me over the phone that they cannot provide a refund for me (even though they gave me the wrong item). It's not just the fact that I did not receive a refund; it was the fact that they lied, wasted my time, and provided horrible customer service. You cannot promise a customer something and then decide not to follow through. This is basic customer service and responsibility as a restaurant. The rice dogs I could eat were greasy and tasted like absolute garbage. Don't bother going to this place if you have any self-respect...
