ORIGINAL POST This location has a game section with air hockey and other games. The problem is that you need cash to get tokens. In decent place this would not have been a problem. Not here. The food cashier does not offer cashback services. They send you to a bank "somewhere on a plaza" which is not in my eyesight. They said they don't make the rules. I asked who does and was told "management". I asked to speak with the "management". The manager asked me to contact guest services by telephone. I said I don't want to waste my time if the manager was right there and then and asked her to take up my company to whoever is on charge. The manager took my scene card number and advised she would pass this information on. I asked that I am contacted via email by whoever gets the info once my concerns are addressed. Read moreGreat experience! We have two kids under 3 so going out to the movies just doesnt happen often. My wife misses going to the cinema terribly. We ordered on uber eats for my wife's extra birthday present. Popcorn treats and movies at home. Best of both worlds right? Nope. The uber eats driver delivered the wrong order. And it wasnt even the uber eats driver listed (wrong gender etc), which shouldn't happen according to uber. Anyway, long story short, got in touch with cineplex and was pretty irate to be honest. Spoke with Graham and he said he'd be in contact with them. He followed through, figured it out with uber, got back in touch with me to confirm they got the replacement order, and even gave us a couple of passes even though it was Uber's fault! Read moreI'll give 3 stars. Clean, friendly, and I can't think of a third. I had a pass for 2 general admission, 2 sodas, and 1 popcorn. My pass apparently did not include the AVMax or whatever it's called. I then had to upgrade for an extra 12 dollars because this was the only way the movie was being shown. I was short by .10 cents and the clerk would not let it go. I then had to use my debit card for that! What the heck!?!?!? It was degrading considering they knew what my position was. I'll be going to the south end from now on. The young manager that was in was lovely, and full of potential....wasting her time at a movie theater and was unable to help. A woman in training was also amazing I just didnt catch her name.
