So this is tough one, as usually this is 100% the best timmies I found in Barrie for food quality, and service is pretty dam good as well. But today , I’m getting a tea, my cup drop on the floor bounces around and she picks it up. Goes to use it, I asked her politely are you really going to use that same cup? She looks at me rolls her eyes. Now there’s about 10 people back there how many of them have dogs and cats and or other animals walking through grass garbage grease, I don’t want faeces on my teacup. grabs another cup. Turns to her friend says something ( not in English, not a dig deal ) Except for the fact They start laughing and giggling and then she’s giving me attitude? So 100% was said about me ? How is this ok ??? I get bodies are hard to find nowadays, but if these are the type people that you’re going to hire ( I mean rude, ignorant ) know, they’re gonna ruin your business for you. If I walk into the Timmys and she try’s to serve me again I’m turning around...

I understand that Tim Hortons is fast food, further to which that for many of their employees it is their first foray into the world of employment. What I don't understand, however, is how 2 out of 3 orders including anything other than coffee and donuts is messed up.

No tomato? You get extra tomato. Add cheese? No cheese in sight. Ordered a wrap? You get a sandwich. Like, I'm seriously referring to 7 or 8 of my past 10 orders -- there won't be an 11th.

If you can't accommodate items with the slightest variance in preparation, then just stop selling them. Stick to coffee and donuts. If it's an item that has more steps than pouring in a cup or placing in a box, it's gonna be wrong.

I'm no longer ordering from, nor visiting this location anymore. And that of course won't make a difference to Tim Hortons, be it this location or the company as a whole -- but I hope this review does, even in...
