I've been going to this Dairy Queen for years, the service is always painfully slow but at least I get what I order. I've been ordering Peanut Buster parfait without peanuts for 10 years now. Today I received one with hardly anything for fudge. This wouldn't of been review worthy but when my husband went in to ask them to put more fudge, the older women that works there (believe she's the owner but don't quote me) was insistent that that is how much fudge you get. She gave us one more "pump" of fudge which still didn't even come close to what one layer of fudge usually does. The pictures are with the extra fudge, it should have three full layers of fudge. My daughter got a small sunday and have more fudge in one layer then all 3 of mine combined. We have been going to dairy queen frequently for years, but I will never be back...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am unbelievably disappointed and deeply sadder by the treatment I received in the drive through today. I spent over 60$ For my order and almost everything was messed up.. 60$?!!! You would think they would care about a large order. My blizzard my have passed the flip test. But never have I had so much ice cream melt and fall all over myself, my husband and my vehicle. A whole blizzard, melted faster then I could even get home to eat it. Absolutely unbelievable. Frys half empty, burgers completely lopsided. Then all the drinks this young woman passes me SPILL all over myself and my car, well the young women laughs and passes it off at a joke. This is your job, why is it spilling on me before Iāve even brought it into my vehicle???
Disappointed. Do better get better employees or people who actually want to work....
Ā Ā Ā Read morePurchased a birthday Ice Cream cake last week ( which are a hefty price to begin with ) and filled out the survey for the Free Dilly Bar at next visit as advertised on register receipt.
Went to redeem today for the Grandchild in the family who has dietary restrictions. I requested the Vegan / gf Dilly Bar. Was told " oh this is only for the " regular Dilly Bar ". Huh ?? I offered to pay the difference of 74 cents since said Grandchild was in my vehicle and already excited for a vegan/ gf Icecream treat she is not able to enjoy elsewhere.
So once again, dietary restricted persons are penalized. A Dilly Bar is a Dilly Bar. Just do the right thing and offer the item free as stated on the receipt , and call it a day . Will we visit your location again ?...
