Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Beaumont

I'm writing to voice some concerns about this location because I hope it will help shed some light on the issue. On September 22, I was catching up with a friend over coffee here when around 7:30pm 2 teenagers had to be removed from the coffee shop. These particular teenagers are known for breaking glass windows, harassing workers and defacing company property. The cashier working apologized for having to kick them out and explained to the other customers and I what has been going on and why she had to remove them. She explained that many of her coworkers are scared to come into work due to the actions of delinquent teenagers. My goal today is forwarding this information onto someone that might be able to help the workers at Tim Hortons by spreading awareness and maybe this behavior will stop. No one should feel unsafe when they walk into work and I know Beaumont is better than what these teenagers are exhibiting. Corporate should be doing more to help protect their workers because it has been a common occurrence with this branch. I have contacted Beaumont News so maybe some bad publicity will open up Corporate pockets.

There's a couple of things wrong with this location, almost daily. Coffee is good. You're safe ordering coffee. Tea has been good ish. I've had a couple of times where it doesn't taste how it normally does, but I'm coming to the conclusion of not the right amount of sugar.... maybe. Don't hold me to that. Donuts... they're usually okay. But this morning, I got halfway into it and bit into, idk, paper? Idek. But I spit it out, and in the garbage it went. Other food products, they're hit and miss. My last bagel egg blt was missing the mayo. It was plain, but hey, it's easy to forget the sauce. I'm not holding it against you. But there's almost always something wrong with every breakfast sandwich or wrap that I order, so there is that, lol. Service... some of the workers are great and some, they can't even understand what I'm saying, when I'm speaking slow and not stuttering or slurring my words. I'm not going through the drive thru drunk, and I never go early enough that I'm half sleeping, so I can't blame it on either of those situations... I'm sorry, but language barriers are sometimes...

It's a pretty nice place smells great like every other Tim Hortons! This is one of me and my Family's Usual Tim's, the staff is normal nothing that bad or something good! For me its JUST the people, if you come into this Tim Hortons and you are a person of colour there is a lot of judging! One time me and my friends (all browned skin) came hear we were doing our own thing not laughing to loud, just having a normal fun time, there was a group of elderly people sitting down near us and we full on hear them say in ENGLISH which obviously me and my friends all understand, "These Indians are taking over our country, and our local Tim Horton's." Me and my friends were pretty shocked but not gonna lie we just laughed it off because the way they had said it was so funny! Now I know one mean person is not gonna do a lot, but it does happen quite frequently. We did go to the elderly people and talked to them there eyes had widen!! Overall nice, just not...
