Wild Wing — Restaurant in Beaumont

I don't even understand why my wife and I keep giving this establishment our money. Wait staff is always top notch, but the food is terrible. A few months ago we mistakenly ordered burgers. They came out looking as if they had been boiled grey and greasy. Asked if they could be thrown back on the grill, and was told there is no grill they are cooked in an oven. Cold and very under cooked we sent them back paid for our beers and left. Tonight we came in for some wings. Love the variety of flavours, but again cold food. Fries are piping hot, wings ice cold. WTF are you doing? You're a wing joint serve me cold fries not wings. The only way I can see this place being open as long as they have been has to be the complete lack of anything other than pizza places in this town. Went for supper with my daughter and grandson and was quite disappointed in the meal. I ordered the marinara flatbread and it was very unprofessionally plated and was just warm to the touch. It was very un flavourful so I only ate a couple pieces of it we also had Nachos, which was also unprofessionally played it and it was also just warm. My daughter and grandson had the wings and french fries and those seem to be OK. I don’t really know if they have a professional chef there but I think they should. Yes the decor definitely needs to be updated. It was quite disappointing because we ended up paying close to $100 for, just these four items. We ordered food for four people and the chicken wings and chicken “sandwich” ( which was a burger with processed cheese), all had a sour taste. The fries were very stale. And it’s very weird the owner of the restaurant is our waitress. They also brought one of the persons food 15 minutes before they brought everyone else’s food. Since the management changed, the restaurant has gone downhill. 1 star review is still us being generous. They should get less then 1 especially after we told the owner that the food did not taste right, and we did not eat any of it, they still wanted us to pay...
