Wok Box - Beaumont — Restaurant in Beaumont

I want to give them higher for all the amazing things they do for the community especially during covid pandemic and their food is good but the service I received was not great at all so I am making this review on that. I was the only one in the restaurant and maybe ordering was busy not sure but I ordered my food by a women that was not pleasant at all and when I asked what veggies are in the kids jungle noodles the response I got was her saying "the regular veggies" I nicely said I do not know which veggies as they have an array of them and if she could tell me and after a sigh she did. Then I went on the finish my order and pay and then she says "oh it will be 15-20 minutes. I asked her to repeat that as I am hard of hearing as I thought she said 5-10 minutes which is what I usually wait at most and she goes and tells me again "15-20 maybe longer minutes". I told her next time it would have been nice to know before hand and I have somewhere to be she just said "oh well" and walked away. I think customer service is a huge thing and especially saying they are busier than normal and do I mind waiting before I order instead of saying it once I ordered and paid and once asked about it just saying oh well. Thinking I will think twice before coming back based on how I was spoken to...

Just received a dinner for for 3 - 6. Got 4 sumo boxes and 10 spring rolls for 78 dollars. And let me tell you. That was some of the best asian cuisine delivery I have ever had. Food was hot, with fresh veggies. The taste was amazing. The spring rolls were even hot. Definitely a great place and it was my very first time having Wok Box. I will definitely order another dinner for my family. Everyone loved it! Great job wok box Beaumont. From the very genuine and helpful service to the tasty freshly made food, this location under new ownership is proving to be a gem! They were happy to make kids meals with no veggies for my picky eaters and also had no problem to remove the rice from the beef and broccoli and just add more broccoli; great for those watching their carbs!

We loved that it was made fresh! It was fast and tasty. We highly recommend the Beaumont Wok Box!
