Extremely Disappointing Experience April 19, 2025
We waited over an hour and a half for our order, only to receive a cold pizza. After the long delay, we had to call the store ourselves to find out what was going on—only to be told the driver would be leaving in five minutes. When the pizza finally arrived, the delivery driver didn’t offer any apology but instead got into an aggressive, unprofessional argument with my husband, insisting they were right. This level of service is unacceptable. We’ve had good experiences with other Papa John’s locations, but Beaumont completely missed the mark. We won’t be ordering from here again. This is a second negative review for this store. We were also advised that we were on their radar. Are you kidding me!
If you're in the mood for a pizza adventure that includes a side of frustration, look no further than Papa John's in Beaumont! After a thrilling 45-minute wait, my pizza arrived—cold and ready to disappoint.
To add to the excitement, the delivery driver informed me that his debit machine was on the fritz and he needed cash. Perfect! Who doesn’t love a surprise scavenger hunt for cash right when you’re craving pizza? But wait, it gets better: he couldn’t make change either. Incredible, right?
When I mentioned that the pizza was cold, he actually asked, “Can I see it?” so he could touch it. Because nothing says "freshly delivered" like a driver who needs to verify the chill level of your meal!
At this point, I was left wondering if I should have ordered a pizza or a magic show. Sadly, the only thing disappearing was my patience. Here’s hoping they can find their delivery game before I try again! 🍕🚫

Read moreI ordered 4 pizzas. They came late, and what I ordered did not show up. So I complained to the driver. He told me that he could order another one but I would have to pay for it. I declined. We took it in and started to eat it. It was probably the worst pizza I've had.. It was stale and hard. I've ordered pizza from there before and have never had a problem. So I called. The employee who answered hung up on me. He then called me back and offered me a credit. I told him I didn't want it, I wanted a refund. I asked for the manager and he told me they would call me back. After 15 minute, I went in. The manager was the same man who delivered it and he was very rude. I told him my complaints. He told me he would not refund me for any of it. I could complain to corporate, but that was it. I'm livid. Just a word of caution. Their business practices and customer service...
Read moreI’m a regular customer and recently had a very disappointing experience at one of your locations. The manager/owner was extremely rude and unprofessional when I tried to redeem an offer sent to me through your rewards program. He said he allowed it this time but may decline it in the future, which makes no sense if points are being offered by Papa John's. More importantly, his tone and behavior were completely disrespectful. It seemed he was frustrated due to being short-staffed, but that’s no excuse for mistreating customers.
Please look into this issue. No customer should be spoken...
